The Cleanser and the Balm are the same thing - just that the Balm is in their new, updated packaging! Their old packaging was kind of crappy with caps that wouldn't stay on and stuff like that.
I also HIGHLY recommend the Glamtox day and night moisturizers and the Dragon's Blood Eye Gel (as a smoother and depuffer underneath eye cream - I LOVE the Mineralize MAC eye cream, btw). I swore by the Glamtox serum, until it was discontinued - I use the MAC P&P Moisture Infusion instead - it's not as multi-purpose as the Rodial was, but it's also a lot cheaper too. If you are getting frown lines or other kinds of wrinkles due to facial tension, the Rodial Glamoxy Snake Serum is amazing...synthetic snake venom for a mini-botox effect. It's not hydrating, but it will stop your laugh lines in their tracks. (the Glamtox day moisturizer also has muscle relaxing ingredients in it that definitely do make a difference for me.) I haven't used it yet, but the Glamtox Eye is one of the very few eye creams with SPF (SPF18 in the new version). I've also tried some of their body products, like the Boob Lift, but it was kind of hard for me to stick with the daily use I'd need with them - I always have time for my face, but I'm kind of lax in the morning about slathering on a lot of lotions and potions all over my body. Their tanning products are supposed to be awesome, but that's not really my thing.
I don't think younger gals really need to spend the money on Rodial - I used Clarins for 15+ years. But if you're over 40 and your skin is changing, or you're under a lot of stress, Rodial attacks the disaster zones from many different angles at once, which I really appreciate.
