Oh wow, that is SO exciting Michelle. If I were you, I would be all excited about decorating for ChristmasHi Elegant! Well, we're moved in and mostly unpacked so I can concentrate more on makeup nowStar Dust looks gorgeous. I'm dying to get the quad, too. I am almost out of Mica glossimer so I might get the pale pink one from the Holiday to replace it (looks similar).

My SA called to say the collection is in and I can go get my quad and nail polish. Well she had actually called 2 days ago and only today I got a chance to call her back. I shall pick up my stuff tomorrow and will then report back, so excited

My Bloomingdales order of Apparence made it to me today. I love it on the eyes. It's pretty and somewhat sheer, but buildable. I took the gold from the quad and layered it and that really amped it up. Beautiful either way! :eyelove:

Well, I haven't actually gone thru the whole glossimer. It is just my only one that is near the end. And that's saying something since I have like 15 of them!

If there's anything I've learned after 25 years as dedicated Chanel fan: Too often Chanel discontinues colors and formulas, especially seasonal collections. Fell in love - love - love with 2010 Holiday Quad. After wearing for a few days, bought 3 more and sealed in plastic, store in fridge. Sure enough, Quad disappeared by Fall. Chanel is so rich in pigment, no waste from loose shadow (the kind that lands under eyes); it seems to last forever. Almost 2 years later, getting ready to open third quad compact. In case you're curious, it's the "94 Reflets D'Ombre" - green/black, dark mauve, gold, and pale cream. Add black gel liner in varying degrees for more or less impact, receive compliments almost daily for "beautiful eyes" - the whole point, n'est-ce pas?

I wish I could order from bloomingdales. They dont have Mystery Glossimer up. I wanted to buy everything at once. But that Malice is also VERY tempting...Yay! Glad you love it! Bloomingdales shipped my quad & Malice today!

OK, finally gave up on chanel.com and ordered from Bloomingdales. Special thanks to Winthrop44 for guiding me to the right pages. lol! I got the quad, the gold Id'O, Mystery, and Malice. I figured I might as well get the blush too, but it didn't show up as an option when I clicked the Star Dust pic. Maybe later if I see more swatches.
So excited to get my order and really glad I don't have to monitor chanel.com anymore!!!
