I did a comparison (incl swatches) between the old and the 2010 version on my blog, here's the link: http://pleasureflush.blogspot.co.uk/2010/07/stereo-rose-old-versus-new-comparison.html

might be a dumb request but would those of you with stereo rose show us swatches? id love to see it on different skintones

Would one use MSF like a blush? Otherwise I don't get why you would apply pink all over your face.

It depends on the MSF (and your own skintone!), but you can use them as blushes, highlighters and bronzers.

Stereo Rose makes a great coral blush. Other MSFs I use more like highlighters, or bronzers, not usually all over the face.

I had my bridal make up trial on Saturday, a MAC MUA is doing my make up, and she used Stereo Rose as my blusher :)

I'm around NC10 and I can use many MSF'S as a blush. I really love soft and gentle on my cheeks over blush. It's a healthy glow kind of look. I would use stereo rose as a stand alone blush.

Here is Stereo Rose on my pale skin:

It is difficult for my cam to catch the sheen of MSFs...sorry for the poor quality.

i went back to read the whole color story and realize that hanging loose nailpolish is coming back with this collection. i love that polish and i used my surf baby bottle till the last drop.
Don't make me want Hangin Loose! Lalala... *covers ears* I resisted when Surf Baby came out and I will again this time.

This helps me soooooo much!! Thanks! I'm always seeing it on more tan skin, and was wondering if it would work for my paler skin.

my list now is still limited :

Agreed on all counts. Stereo Rose is definitely a blush on me. But it can work, even for pale gals.

I didn't even know it was kiwi. I don't like it at all to be honest. And they taste like shampoo on the lips, kinda soapy. I love MAC's vanilla scent, though.
So am I right assuming the plum and the pink one don't have any shimmer?

i actually like the tendertones but i like the vanilla flavor as well. im a lip products addict. i think the plum and pink ones are creamy with no glitter and shimmer. and good luck resisting the polish hahahah im going to describe the color and my love for it once its out.

I spoke to my MUA today and she mentioned that the lip balms are gorgeous. She said that they are like a cremesheen and balm combined in one. Moisturizing and beautiful. I wasn't thinking about these but her description of them has definitely peeked my interest.

That does sound nice. I was always a satin finish lippie lover, but I'm a recent convert to the cremesheens. With winter right around the corner, more balm is always a good thing.
