Im a huge fan of cremesheens Audrey C and you're right during the winter, lip balms do come in handy. I do look forward to seeing them since at times i just want something light on my lips but moisturizing enough. I get tired of wearing lipstick and/or gloss all the time...sometimes my puckers need a break lol. I just can't wait to see swatches of this collection so that I can start building my list!

All the more reason for me to get it. I never pay attention to the permanent products unless they're being promoted with a collection. It's weird, yeah, but whatever. lol

I am so confused with all these launches, granted I'm trying to stay away from everything... Can someone please tell me when this is 'suppossed' to be released in the US & is this a MAC/online exclusive or will this be at Nordstroms & other MAC counters. (Additional updates of the same questions for Strength and Taste Temptations would be greatly appreciated. R there any other collections releasing around Nov. Dec. Jan that I need to be aware of???) Thank you in advance. S~

This one is available everywhere, and should be available online at least a few days before Christmas. Strength is the only one that's online and MAC stores only. We don't know anything about January collections at this time.

actually, we know everything through January. Apres Chic was originally going to come out in Jan. It got pushed up, from what it seems? There's the brow collection - I believe that's in Jan. I had the dates, which I posted earlier on, so you could go back through my posts and check - sorry, I'd do it myself.....maybe when I've got a little more time.
It's Feb. and beyond that's not covered in the book (although Archie's Girls is pretty clearly going to be in Feb.)

Got a very quick glance in the upcoming collections book the other day, which included a few looks with products from this collection. The l/s Apres Chic looked much darker and redder than I thought it would based on MAC's product description (we know how reliable those can be!). I don't know if it was because of the liner it was paired with or what... didn't get a chance to thoroughly read what was used. So I'm looking more forward to seeing swatches from this collection now.
my deep reds! Oh, and also saw Mountain Air PLW e/l in one of the pics. Gorgeous!!! That's at the top of my list for this collection.

Oh, I never even thought about the brow collection. (Probably because I have no interest in it, LOL.) Even if Apres Chic was originally intended for January, it's now in December, so I don't consider that a January collection. I just feel like there should be one more collection for January since we got Peacocky in 2011 and Naturally and Iris for 2012. Even though I've only been following MAC for a few years now, there's quite an obvious pattern.

I think what happened is MAC was changing some scheduling thing around and wound up with less in Jan. than we're normally used to. Maybe something from Feb. and beyond is getting pushed up too, into Jan. but you'd think that they wouldn't want to surprise their MAs with something that didn't get covered in training, especially not a huge collection. I think the next training time is Jan. so maybe they could squeeze something in there at the end of Jan. that was originally going to come later, but I think this is the year some of those patterns got broken, for better or worse.

They're in tubes. There was a picture of the balms, eyeshadows, and I think the blushes, but it's very small. Even when I googled, it was the only pic available. *le sigh*

Maybe the big summer mineralize collection will also come out sooner?
