Your also need to look beautiful. I wanted to make a simple, so I used only two colors.



By the way, can definitely EDES wet to use without harming them?

I just love this look you did with SM, ANF and LW liner. I am ashamed to say I have not used any of the EDES from this collection yet, but this could inspire me to do that! I think I am in MAC collection overload. I have not hauled anything from the holiday stuff except two lippies, a liner and 4 of the EDES from GD. I love, love, love those brush sets but considering I just got a full brush set from G&I at my local CCO for a great discount, I am torn between hauling now or being patient and getting the brush sets next year when they are less $$$$

Good advice, this time I will take it. I get hung up because the sets are so pretty but I am pretty stocked with so many brushes and MU bags right now I don't need more & really have the luxury of waiting.

I pack the powder on the brush, then add fix (or water, or whatever you are wetting with) and do not touch the surface of the product with a wet brush. Alternately, I "mix" the liquid and the powder on the back of my hand and apply. These are just too precious to take a chance on ruining the surface. Sure, you can always scrape it off later, but that is a waste of product IMHO. BTW, love your forum name, and being a fellow TrekGeek, I had the biggest girl crush on 7 of 9 LOLz.

finally received my MAC box with coral lip gloss set and glamourdaze lipstick.. The lip gloss box is so adorable I will keep it on my vanity and I love Glamourdaze as well.. It's a nice red plum on me It's lovely for fall and winter.. I wore it today.. beautiful!! I wonder if there is a dupe for Glamourdaze lipstick..

It is a tad pinked than Dior's Amber Diamond. Perhaps you could snatch that one up instead? When I swatch them on my NC 15 arm I can hardly see any difference, depending on the light. In direct light they are the same on my skin, if they are in the shade you can see Superb is just a little bit pinker.

I really wanna get Stolen Moment, but is it too similar to Satin Taupe? I also wanted Glamourdaze but as I have both Oh Oh Oh and Offshoot I had to pass as they also seem similar. It is a beautiful colour though.

Satin Taupe is browner and Stolen Moment grayer and I can see some purple in it. It is worth it to get both.

re: Glamourdaze - I haven't got Offshoot but I do have Oh Oh Oh. GD is nothing like OOO on me. The base colour may be similar, but with its gold shimmer OOO is a completely different animal. Is there any chance you could take your OOO and Offshoot with you to a MAC counter so that you can swatch them side by side with GD? You might find that you don't have to skip GD after all
