damnit, just when I had convinced myself that I don't need to get strong woman or absolute power, I see these beautiful swatches! How to resist the urge!? Lol maybe ill cut back on my list for après... (Sike, sorry wallet)

I am thinking I am gonna play on Team 5 because I like all the new lippies and I like PiPi and PaPa so much, I want BUs

I received my goodies! I'm in lipstick heaven, they are so bright! Yay! Candy Yum Yum, Nicki and Party Parrot. Got Absolute Power too. I can't wait to get home an play with them! The taupe blush looks like it have a sheen to it.

Thought I bought Absolute Power today....but it turned out the sales assistant accidentally put Strong Woman in my bag! The funny thing is I didn't even realize until I started to apply....and I was like 'huh? Purple?' I'm going to have to phone them bright and early tomorrow...

Where did you get it? Pro store? I haven't been able to make it there in ages... OK, feels like ages, probably about 3 weeks. Personally, I'm so busy, I'll be happy if the collection stays under wraps until the 26th...

Weird thing: I was near a counter yesterday, so I couldn't resist trying on CYY. I'd tried it when it first came out and I didn't think that it looked good on me. Last night, suddenly, I liked it. I can't figure why it struck me as different, but after giving it a test, I think I'll be adding it to the collection. Given that, I might not need Pink Pigeon. I don't wear bright pinks so often that I need multiple matte barbie pinks. So now I'm looking at Party Parrot, Firm Form and Strong Woman for sure. Maybe a quad.

Do you feel is a lot of sheen? It is the only thing on my list and I can not wear anything on my cheeks that is to shine --- pore problems.

I'll swatch it on my cheeks this weekend. It's lighter than Cork and Charcoal Brown eyeshadows, more similar to Cork but the undertones are more beige. And it's glowy, not matte.

Mac pro in Dallas at Northpark has everything but firm form. Its worth a call!

You have to really pack it on to see the glow, like when you swatch it with your fingers. It's more like a subtle glow when you apply it with a brush. However, the colour might be a problem for anyone darker than NC30. You would need to apply a lot, unless you want subtle contouring. I think it would be really great for fair skin, since it's not too grey or orangey and the glow add a more natural look to it. I still think I would have prefered a matte version of it, though. Right now I'm C25/NC25 and I had to apply a couple of layers with my MAC 109 to really see it. On darker skin (I will need to try it when I apply my selftanner this weekend), I wouldn't be surprised if the glow is more apparent, so maybe it could be used more like a nude blush? I'm sure it's gonna be too light to contour.

I'll definitely be online Christmas Eve, but only after 9 PM or so. (Looking forward to our tradition of going out for Chinese food with the family. Hopefully I'll be mostly recovered by then.) I'll be sure to keep an eye out if it comes to that.

If I have to check on Xmas Eve I will, but this is really not fair to us. I really wanted Firm Form in time for the holidays.

Why don't you treat yourself to an Inglot 281 lippie to make the waiting a bit more tolerable? It's LAVENDER!!!

I bet they won't put it up til Sunday night. They'll do it before Christmas eve, but not til then.

Tell me about it! Count your blessings you're not living here. Today is the shortest day of the year and we have a day of 5 hours and 43 min, the night lasts 18 hours and 17 min. :yawn: And I'm living in the South! Wishing for some quad swatches...:anyone: There is def something shady going on. There's no sign of the pressed pigments yet. They were supposed to come out this month, only a few working days left!!?
