They aren't really. GF is sheerer as it's a frost, and definitely grey. FF is a brown black at full coverage. At matte. Each were swiped 4-5 times. But after 2 swipes FF was at full opacity.

That's funny. My 8yr old son knows the drill. He goes and sits in one of the chairs and waits. He used to play with the cotton swabs and stuff but we're past that. Now he just waits or he usually has his DS or my iPad. He's also know to strike up convos with the artist and/or customers (especially the pretty ones, lmao!)
SI, SW and Heroine are different enough that I'm glad I got them all.
OT: Has anyone seen Wives with Beehives on TLC I think? It's a reality show about women (apparently there are alot of them out there) who live their lives stuck in a 50s time warp. Perfect show for 50s and pinup lovers! Shelby looks like she's wearing Heroine at her party.

Hi everyone. I received my three lippies late last night. I wore Firm Form all day today. Surprisingly, I wasn't insecure wearing it and even got a few compliments on it. My mom even liked it which says a lot. It's not black black thankfully. It has some sheen to it thanks to the gold in it. It does look very similar to Grey Friday which I do believe was mentioned. It's so unique and beautiful. It lasted for about four or five hours on my lips without lipliner. I also received my Strong Woman which looks like a subdued purple on my lips. I like it, but would have preferred a blue violet or more of a blue based purple (maybe one of these days
). Hot Chocolate is stunning. In the tube it looks mauve(ish), but on my lips it comes across Taupe/Mauve if that makes sense. It's a nice everyday neutral lippie in my opinion and very unique.

My son just turned 2 so yeah he's going through the terrible 2's stage. He absolutely hates the make up stores and sections in the dept stores. Before he would play/flirt with the MA's but not anymore lol. Oh well he'll grow out of it soon I hope. I love having him as my shopping buddy.

Jughead in Archie comix wears a beanie, as do stereotypes of nerds in some advertisements, especially beanies with propellers. Beanies are actually felt caps that are just rounded to fit the dome of the head, often but not always with a turned up brim, sometimes crenellated or chevroned.
But for some reason for about the past 15+ years, people have been calling knit watch caps and other knit caps "beanies".
Here are some classic beanies, as opposed to knit caps:
a REAL beanie from the 1950s
an Archie comix fan-boy beanie from a couple score years ago.
A modern-day joke geek beanie with a propeller
Engineers were sometimes called "propeller heads" long ago, and the name was passed along to computer geeks in the 80s.
