I actually had a Party Parrot from Apfel and haven't gotten around to wearing it...I also got 2 BU's from Strength...so I wore it out tonight and OMG I am in LOVE!!

Hi ladies, I've been stalking this thread since forever, and can you imagine the huge disappointment when my MA told me this collex will not launch in Singapore? Luckily, my girlfriend in the US was kind and quick enough to get me the lipsticks I wanted - Absolute Power, Pink Pigeon, Party Parrot - so I wouldn't miss out after all! My best revelation in 2012 has been the discovery of red lipsticks from the Marilyn Monroe collex, so looking forward to AP! Keep the swatches coming ladies!

Update on Firm Form's performance. I was constantly reapplying it. It kept fading around the middle of the lips, probably because I was talking a lot. I'd get a lip liner, but liners don't really work for me for some reason. Oh well. I still enjoy FF, and I got a couple of compliments on it.

Absolute Power is the only thing from AC and Strength that I am still on the fence about and this picture doesn't help.  It looks so beautiful on you --- I don't have gorgeous full lips like you but I may break down and try it.

. Thank you! and I would say get it if you don't have charmed I'm sure from the Marilyn Monroe collection, they're very similar in my opinion and its safe to pass on this one!

Heather belles was the only one that was a bit dry when swatching, but that's on bare skin with a qtip. It'll be perfectly fine when used on the eye over other shadows for blending.

do you think I need 2 quads?..

I'll checking my stash. I recall a nice gold shadow from one of the G & I holiday palettes.

I recall that you wear lashes. Maybe you can add these to your NYE look to set off the gold eye shadow. They're lashes with Swarovski crystal accents. I don't wear lashes, but I'd probably wear these for NYE if I did.

So I'm still debating the All Woman quad. I have plans to get the Chanel Prelude quad. It's full of grey tones as well. I'm getting Prelude for sure, but I'm wondering if All Woman would still be necessary to my stash. Any suggestions?

Or I may take my chances and wait for it to arrive at a CCO.

BU'd my beloved PaPa!! Missed out on PiPi, which I skipped during IA... And maybe that's ok. There was a reason I skipped PiPi the first time around. And I'm hoping that reason is still valid... whatever it was.

I would say that, of the two, PiPi is the more dupe-able. Not that it isn't a terrific colour, but I think that if you had skipper's remorse over one of them, it would be easier to find something to replace PiPi. PaPa is a more difficult colour to match. I can't believe it's been days and I STILL haven't worn by goodies yet!
