For me, it's usually the toss up between liking a group of colors vs. wanting to wait for new formulas - I'm a thrill seeker and mostly just go for the new formulas!

I literally own 2 MAC quads, 1 holiday shadow set and 1 of the Carine compacts - that's it.

All that being said, I'm still very curious about the purple set in this collection, but I'm going to wait to see it in person for sure. If only one or two of the colors really rock my world or are very different from what I already have, it's a no buy for me.

THis is my thinking as well. I can't go crazy with this colles if it is a bunch of dupes...

Unless I get a giftcard for my bday (haven't gotten a single one after two years of asking), I'm afraid I'll have to skip this. A shame too, I really wanted some new glosses. Just for fun (or torture), I'll make up a list of the stuff I'd like to get.

Confused on the dates here first my store said the 15th, both the store and Mac at Macy's, now the store just said the 7th. They seem to have their facts messed up. I asked if they are taking the Pro discount they said they don't know. As soon as they get it in I'm going down to swatch it hopefully it will cut my list down Dramatically. I mainly want all Veronica. The quads and pigments are skips, and Betty's lip glasses Look boring to me. I'm hoping Prom Princess is awesome! A nice spring shade!

i went to several different stores in my area macys said the middle of feb and nordstrom said the 7th, i guess it just depends. i'll be checking back with nordstrom

i tried to keep the list small, so far im thinking of getting:

  • Ronnie Red
  • Girl Next Door
  • Bright Betty
  • Daddys Little Girl
  • Flatter Me pearlmatte powder
  • Archies Girls Brush Set
i wanted to get bettys quad but figured i'd rather pay $50 to get the naked pallet

There are some other new things in there too! I see an EDES, pro paint pot box, some mystery blushes, a Mineralize lipstick - and maybe that's even Embrace Me lipglass.

I keep switching my list around lol the sprouting of April's collections has made me apprehensive and want to scale back on my haul for this collection

So far I'm definitely getting:

Betty Bright x 2
Flatter Me pearlmatte
Cream Soda blush

I'm on the fence with:

Girl Next Door - if the Mineralized Lipsticks are coming out, I wonder if there will be a better option for me there.
Caramel Sundae - the pink and yellow shades look amaazing, but it's really going to depend on swatches to see if I end up taking it home. $44 for only loving half the palette seems like a lot :-/
Ronnie Red - I always struggle with reds! I caved and got Absolute Power and I don't regret it, but then my reds just accumulate when really the ones I wear most often are Red Racer and Ruffian Red.
Prom Princess - depending on how it performs on light complexions.

There's something about this collection that makes it hard for me to make up a list in advance - probably because a lot of the colors seem like things I may have dupes for or are products I don't normally buy often or at all.

For now, I think it's only:


  • one or both Betty pigments
  • Mall Madness gloss
  • Daddy's Little Girl (maaaaaybe)
  • Veronica quad (maaaaaaaaaaaybe)

Just not that bowled over, especially considering what's coming up next.

I thought so too.
But the blush and EDES could be from Glamour Daze, because of the white logo.

After much stalking of this thread I am ready with my list. This is pre-swatches so it may change but being real here it probably won't LOL.

Both Blushes.
Both Pearlmattes.
Both quads.
All lipsticks.

........god help me

here is another picture I've found! the hearts look a lot more dark pink than I expected. But I can't tell if there is a filter on this that distorts the color or not

I love the deep pink hearts. I'm getting this as blush, I'm about one notch darker than ginger for paleness. I think Veronica's blush would be too dark for me. I really really hope I get to buy what I want out of this.
