7 swipes for BS doesn't sound good at all. I think I might have to reconsider it.

I was so disappointed. I really wanted to love it, but I could barely like it. I didn't get a chance to try it with FSG lipglass but assuming with a lipliner & that or another opaque lipglass it could make it as awesome as I wish it was. :/

I am going to have to side with Erine, I miss the Pro only releases, and although there are a small few who abuse the privilege most pro members do not resell the products. The same can be said for regular customers who purchase lipstick for $15 and resell on eBay for $100.

I see a lot of people with MAC Pro memberships that are. NOT qualified .... I think MAC should tighten up the belt when it comes to qualifications n looking over apps properly bc I see people just applying for the discount.

I may also get both quads - the Betty one looks really nice in all of Karen's swatches!

Thank you so much janineios!! I can safely skip Betty Bright, I do NOT like the pinky tone. I do like the fact that Boyfriend Stealer is so sheer, because I'd sheer it out anyway if it was more pigmented. Still not sure if I should get Daddy's Little Girl..

Ha, that's exactly what I told the MA. Why not save a few bucks? That was my first time seeing those colors in person so I was shocked at just how pretty they were!

Wow! Thanks for the swatches. Definitely confirmed all the lipsticks I'm getting. I don't have a blue based red lipstick unless you count nsfw liptar, so Ronnie Red looks beautiful.

Thank you for all the swatches janineios!!! Gorgeous! I definitely want GND and DLG lipsticks. BS is still on my list, but hearing how sheer it is totally bums me out. The Veronica quad is back on my list. Augh! I hope this collection comes out this week.

Here they are lovelies! My store hasn't yet gotten the pearlmattes in either so disappointing! This was the best I could do being that there were 4 other girls trying to look at the collection at the same time. First column on the left, top to bottom: Designer Purple Petrol Blue Pearlglide Intense Eyeliners. They are so much prettier in person and the shimmer is more obvious. Second column, top to bottom: Girl Next Door - you need this in your life. that is all. Betty Bright - more pink than the promo pics suggest. BEAUTIFUL color. definitely the stand out color in the entire collection (to me at least) Daddy's Little Girl - even with all the fuchsia/hot pinks I have, it's still unique! Ronnie Red - definitely a blue based red. I don't have Absolute Power, so I can't say if its close enough that you could easily skip this one. Boyfriend Stealer - so so so so sheer. it took 7 swipes to get it as opaque as it is in the picture. on my lips it was barely there. debating taking it off my list. Third column on the right: Stay Sweet lipglass - much too milky for my taste but a pretty color. Lighter than snob, not as loud as Saint Germain. Kiss & Don't Tell - similar to VG Nicki, but more coral. I have VG Nicki & like this much better. Mall Madness - amazing. hands down my favorite lipglass in this collection. the different color glitters in it make it unique (at least to what I have in my collection). Feelin So Good - very very opaque, really nice dark plum color. it's more opaque than Boyfriend Stealer, so worn together it would make BS alot better. If anyone has questions feel free to ask! I'm about an NC30 for reference. My hand may be a bit darker though :/

man I'm a sucker for red lipsticks!! I want I want I want! But I don't need it ... I think ill wait to see Betty bright in person, I don't know if it'll work for me

what was your impression on this quad?

I very much loved it! I'm a purple fanatic, so naturally I was drawn to it. I thought the pigmentation was good as well, I definitely didn't have to dig to get good color payoff. I swatched Betty's quad also, but the reason I don't have a picture is because the colors were so light they barely showed up on me, even on my wrist. My arm basically looked bare on camera. I think MAC intended them to be that sheer/light, but it wasn't my cup of tea so I was able to cross that off my list!

This collection is super cute!!! I'm going to TRY to stick with my vow to only buy badassawesomeomgicantLIVEwithout products!! So I think I want 1. Ronnie Red 2. Boyfriend Stealer 3. Girl Next Door (I have to see in person) 4. The Veronica Quad based on how smooth the shadows are when I swatch them.. Wish me luck

I did. Cream Soda looks true to Karen's swatches from makeupandbeautyblog, though I didn't actually swatch it myself because its not on my list, plus these 2 chicks were hogging it, lol. I tried Prom Princess on my face, I could try to take a picture in decent lighting though it may not look too good considering its evening here.
