I'm a brush fanatic and have purchased several of similar LE collex brush sets. I love the small ones for travel. While not the exact quality of full size MAC brushes, I have found them to be sturdy, they hold up well to daily washing and they generally get the job done. I'll be getting this set too because I collect heart shapes, and I'm a brush hound.I'm now eyeing up the Betty quad and the brush kit with the cute hearts
I'm weary about the brush set though and might hold off until more talk about it.

What lipgloss would you wear with Betty Bright?
Here they are lovelies! My store hasn't yet gotten the pearlmattes in either
so disappointing! This was the best I could do being that there were 4 other girls trying to look at the collection at the same time. First column on the left, top to bottom: Designer Purple Petrol Blue Pearlglide Intense Eyeliners. They are so much prettier in person and the shimmer is more obvious. Second column, top to bottom: Girl Next Door - you need this in your life. that is all. Betty Bright - more pink than the promo pics suggest. BEAUTIFUL color. definitely the stand out color in the entire collection (to me at least) Daddy's Little Girl - even with all the fuchsia/hot pinks I have, it's still unique! Ronnie Red - definitely a blue based red. I don't have Absolute Power, so I can't say if its close enough that you could easily skip this one. Boyfriend Stealer - so so so so sheer. it took 7 swipes to get it as opaque as it is in the picture. on my lips it was barely there. debating taking it off my list. Third column on the right: Stay Sweet lipglass - much too milky for my taste but a pretty color. Lighter than snob, not as loud as Saint Germain. Kiss & Don't Tell - similar to VG Nicki, but more coral. I have VG Nicki & like this much better. Mall Madness - amazing. hands down my favorite lipglass in this collection. the different color glitters in it make it unique (at least to what I have in my collection). Feelin So Good - very very opaque, really nice dark plum color. it's more opaque than Boyfriend Stealer, so worn together it would make BS alot better. If anyone has questions feel free to ask! I'm about an NC30 for reference. My hand may be a bit darker though :/

Thank you for the swatches!! You're kind of making me want to add Mall Madness l/g to my small haul, but I'm going to try to resist! Looks pretty similar to Narcissus cremesheen glass (without the glitter, of course), so maybe I can skip it without remorse?

Ahh thank you! I'm just glad I was able to help you all out. I know I rely on swatches too & can never get enough of them to help me decide on my list for any given collection!

I have Outrageously Fun; it's more purple & alot less opaque than DLG. I liked that DLG is a Satin finish. It's also slightly more muted than OF, but still a bright color. Very pretty in person.
My pleasure! Sadly I don't have Narcissus so I can't say. I don't want to be "that guy" (the enabler lol) but I also can't say if its different enough that you need it. Consider me neutral!
After seeing Karen's swatches, I was set to forego this collection altogether, which is rare for me!

I was reading the same thing too that they are starting off the tax year on 1/30 so even if you did them that's when they start processing. I wish I was getting a refund... I remember the days lol

Fair enough!!! I guess I'll stick with my purchasing mantra for the year: if I don't feel like I need it (as much as anyone can "need" makeup, anyway), then I'll pass.
Still just Betty Bright, Kiss & Don't Tell, and Cream Soda for me!

Yep. I got my W-2 on 1/15, but my tax pro said the IRS isn’t accepting returns until 1/30. We completed the forms and everything, but it's on hold until 1/30.

Same here! Hurry up Wednesday so I can file my taxes! Unfortunately for me though, my refund can't go to any makeup or fun stuff but towards us moving.
