That is terrible!!! Thank goodness he's okay though (or at least okay considering he was hit by a car). Since the hospital sent him home, they must figure he's going to heal up fine, so that's really good, right? As awful as it is, it could have been a lot worse. Hopefully he's not in much pain and will heal quickly! So scary... As for the woman calling, saying who she was, and hanging up, I'm wondering if she got scared to talk to your grandma and hung up in a panic? If that's the case, then that lady really needs to force herself to get through that phone call...it's the LEAST she can do!!!

Here's my damage at the Archie's Girls event tonight. It was a fun time, but I'm glad I preordered because it was pretty crowded. When I was ready to leave I just went to the register and picked up my goodies. A professional photog took my picture with Archie. They will mail it to me. I'll give that to the Hubs since he's a fan of the Archie comics. I got two commemorative buttons and two heart shaped tins of candy. One will be a treat for my daughter for Valentine's Day along with a SR quad & Double Trouble NP. While there, I did a B2M for Samoa Silk e/s since it's going bye, bye. Since I was on a roll, I got three items from YOTS, Viva Glam Nicki 2 l/s & l/g and a Veluxe brow liner & brow gelcreme arrived in the mail today. The cherry on top of this massive haul will be my NARS Light Reflecting Loose Setting powder which will arrive on Thursday.

So awesome!!!!! The little tins are to die for! Enjoy

That's really strange that it's not working. It doesn't work for pro, but it should work otherwise. Can you order by phone and tell them the code isn't working for you?

I think the hearts go all the way down to pan (ie it's not just a superficial layer). So you should be fine!

I'm so bummed I missed the online release. I've been sick for almost 2 weeks now with a bit of a health scare. To top it off I just found out I am scheduled for surgery Wednesday So now I can't even go in store to purchase. If anyone can do a CP for me for Betty Bright i would really appreciate it. That lippie was the only thing I was eyeing, hope I can still get my hands on one. Does anyone know if the MAC store in Vegas (@ the forum shops)will ship out? Or when they would do it? On release day?

On a related note, I actually just bought myself some lip erase (with one of my archie orders), and I'm kinda lovin' it. The stuff works!

Bwahahahahaa *sinister laugh* Exactly!!! Which shade of lip erase did you get? I use dim. It really does work, I prefer using that over foundie or concealer.

I tried on Betty Bright in the store, it's pretty blotted down, but it's too light for me & a little scary on me. I feel that there is a chance that BB could work for me. Can anyone suggest a LL that's going to make it vibrant & more doable for me??? TIA,

Also, I know this is OT but I'm very intrigued by these new NARS powders. Are they finishing powders? Highlighters? Or plain old powder for foundation/coverage purposes??? I'm also curious about those Hourglass HLs but I don't even know which one would work best for me... One more thing, I've discovered that the BB Cream in Extra Light is a no go for me. At first I looooved it, now I hate it. I never even opened the bottle of it that I bought & can't return it, damn it. I feel like it's too much coverage. What a waste of money, for me. I am looking for something with a little coverage, with SPF but I'd rather have a powder & not a fluid...any recommendations? I like the MSF in Medium, but just wondering if there is something better for me to use.

I'm wearing the NARS Light Reflecting Setting Powder again today. I continue to worry that i'm ruining the pressed powder because i can see where my skin care has gotten on/in it. But it still works a charm! Sheesh! Maybe i'll pick up the loose for my makeup at home, since i got the compact to carry around with me. Amazing stuff!
