I got my order! Really pleased because both lippies went out of stock shortly after I ordered so I was worried I wouldn't get them. Firm Form is ace - I wore it to the pub tonight and I love it. Much more wearable than I expected. Strong Woman looks a little more plum and less purple than I expected but it's still something I know I'll wear so I'm pleased I bought it. I'm skipping Archie's Girls completely so I guess I'm done for this month.

Finally managed to get my hands on this collection today. I was only really interested in the lippies, and I picked up Strong Woman and Party Parrot. PaPa is a bit bright but I'm sure I can rock it anyway! SW is gorgeous, a must-have for me. Off the top of my head it reminds me a little of a Lancome Rouge in Love that I have, I think it's called Rose Sulfereuse. I decided to pass on Absolute Power, I think Ronnie Red will work better for me.

Off the rest I only really looked at the blushes, mainly to confirm I didn't want them. Taupe Shape would only work for me as a contour so I'll hold out for something matte, and Poised is too 'dirty' for my pale pink skin.

Same here! I called and it's a mistake and they are trying to figure it out. Just send them an email and ask for the correct number. I haven't gotten my new number yet though. They did tell me that my order had been shipped out. Also while I was on the phone I figured out that they are going to ship with a different courier in the future. I'm seriously so pissed at the Mac NL site. They always mess up my orders or shipping or whatever they'll find something to mess up!

That's aggravating. I got an email on Sunday around noon telling me my order had shipped. I'm in the U.S. and used postal service to ship to my post office box. My tracking number is sitting the same as it did on Sunday. I haven't check the box yet but plan on doing so tomorrow. I don't know if my number is wrong or not but it usually does at least change when I check the number.

Tried my new lippies on this evening, and I think I'll have to play around with Party Parrot to make it work. My hubby saw me with it on and instantly said "No! Banned!" so I don't think he liked it LOL! SW is gorgeous but seriously vampy on me, it will be great just dabbed on though. It's in the same colour family as the lippy I mentioned before - but way deeper and more saturated.

I went to my local M.A.C store this morning, I picked up Absolute Power and Firm Form ( and also Hot Chocolate ! ), I didn't pick up the very bright ones but I do have Iris Apfel Scarlet Ibis from the Marilyn collection. I was really impressed by the very good textures of the lipsticks and very disappointed by the quads ( poor quality, cheap ! ) I thought I would pick up Inner Strength but I didn't and I am glad I did not purchase such bad eyeshadows. M.A.C has high end lipsticks, it's really the best product in the brand ! I have a lot of M.A.C lipsticks and I love them all, only 3 quads and I am not willing to buy new ones.
Party Parrot is so bright compared to the other ones, incredibly bright and pretty in fact !

I didn't even bother contacting them about my messed up tracking numbers tbh. I got one of my shipping confirmations on the 5th and the other one on the 6th. It usually takes a minimum of 3-4 while for the orders to arrive after I've received my confirmation. As long as they've got my address right I'm fine with it. The boxes will probably arrive on Saturday, which means I can't get my hands on them until Monday. Ah well, gives me an excuse to go to work

Too bad they weren't your thing, I have both and I like them a lot. I find them impossible to overdo, which makes them a great choice to accompany bold lips.

Mine will be delivered at work too, so I might casually stop by there since Monday is my day off. I think I'll wait contacting them until Monday or Tuesday. I hope Pinkdollface is right and MAC NL will change courier. Then there might be a chance I'll actually order something from them that isn't mac online exclusive...

When the M.A.C adviser swatched the eyeshadows on the back of his hand I found them a bit chalky, so I decided to buy from another brands ( taupe etc.. ), I agree with bold lips it's better to wear such nude or soft colours. I have Lady Grey from Mac Me Over, I'll try this beautiful one again.
Strength lipsticks are

even if Firm Form is not so easy to wear, great though with tiny gold shimmer ! I am happy about my mini haul, Hot Chocolate is gorgeous, glad I could pick up at last yesterday I tried it along with Chanel Plum Attraction blush, well women stared which was surprising to me for Hot Chocolate is soft ( but intense in a way ).

I got shipping conformation too for both packages. The problem for me is that I will leave to my parents today and will have to wait 9 days or so till I'm back again to see if the packages ever arrived. I'll ask my housemates to look out for them I guess. I live with 7 other people and when the doorbell rings we never know for who it rings or people might not hear it ring, so sometimes nobody opens the door. I'm afraid that the packages might get send back which shouldn't happen cause they should leave a note that I can pick it up, but it happened before and I'm afraid I'll miss out on my BU's after all That's why I want to be able to track where the package is. If I know when the package is supposed to arrive I can let my housemates know and more change that they will open the door.

I got an email from mac CS. The codes are right, but they are for track and trace of postnl. They already switched to a new courier. Btw one of the tracking numbers in my email didn't work, but I checked my account on the mac website and it had a different number that did work. My packages are scheduled for delivery for tomorrow when I'm not here anymore

I am relieved that they have switched to post nl and indeed, my code does work on track&trace. Unfortunately they will deliver it at work tomorrow when nobody is there. That means they'll get the slip on Monday to reschedule the delivery. I believe if they do not receive any notice they will try again the next working day? Hmmm I'm not sure. Well, at least I can come to the conclusion that it has taken a week and a half at least for 1 (yes I really only ordered ONE SP) powder to be delivered. SMH...

I agree with you there.It's time they step up to the plate and start acting as professionals. No wonder people prefer to order their goods elsewhere. If this had been on Douglas I would have had my SP for a week now. This is craaaazaaaay

Well I ordered for the first time from maccosmetics.nl and I'm not a happy customer at the moment. Nothing has arrived yet. If I order from the Douglas website my package arrives the next day! A have emailed cs and they told me they used GLS as courier. And my tracking codes did not function either. Cs told me to wait a while longer and hope for the best....
