... @ luvlydee, I'm sorry that happened to you! That sucks!! I don't understand how someone was able to make a purchase of that's amount in a store like that.. They should check for ID and make sure that the last 4 or 3 numbers of the card were the same in the back and front of the card As well as on the receipt. I hope you get it resolved

Usually.. stores like NM won't check them because some shoppers get annoyed when asked for id. At least around here they don't. I usually don't mind if it's a big bill but if it's $20 and I get asked for my id I get annoyed! lol

My physical card wasnt stolen i still have it thats the crazy thing!! And nobody knows my number. My bf who's a tech guy said someone mustve stolen the number itself when i swiped it somewhere which he said is fairly common. Thats why he always told me never to use my debit card only use it in atm and for everything else use my credit card. Im glad i listened to him all these years cuz at least it was my credit card and not from my actual checkings account

PS: I went onto my Chase website cause I hadn't received my online bill statement. Glad I did, someone put their contact numbers with mine. I deleted them and contacted Chase. How the heck are people going into my private account that is suppose to be secure and adding their info?! To my Specktra family. When time permits, please check your online info and make sure the phone numbers & your private info are correct. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Most large retailer stores have changed their policy to only check the last four of the card. Most people trying to use stolen information will be equipped with a fake ID as well and the card will be fake.

It's ridiculous how advanced the stealing of credit card information has become. I hope Chase resolves this soon for you.

omg this is ridiculous. the crazy thing is i think last week or 2 weeks ago for like a couple of hours ever chase account balance was at 0.00 for everyone! if you dont check regularly you probably didnt notice but i check my chase app like every 5 hours (i know a lil o.c.d. lol) so i hope that incident wasnt like a security breach where ppl were able to steal numbers etc

It's insane how many virus' are going around! There is a REALLY popular one right now that basically steals all your financial information that you input online and you would never know that it's running in the background.

My mom's credit card number (not the card itself) was stolen this past summer. Someone charged almost $2000 on it. My mom called each of the online companies, and one actually gave her the name and address of the person the purchased items were being shipped to (NC). She called the attorney general's office and our state police and they refused to investigate. She called the NC state police and they said that they could only open a case if our state police contacted them. She called our state police again and they still refused to investigate. Thankfully only one item had actually been shipped out. Some other items were pending (then cancelled after she contacted the company) and some were automatically denied. They bought speakers, music equipment, an ipad and even a program that blocks IP addresses. Thankfully her money was put back on her card. Unfortunately they got away with it since the police refused to do anything about it, even tho my mom did all the investigating and even had a name and address!

Let's hope I stick to this list. I need to be pickier with my purchases, since I have many similar colors in my collection.

so upset someone charged $300 on my card at neimun marcus and ive never been in that store. this ruined my day so all this stalking bull crap seems even more irritating. Im so annoyed

I remember a few weeks ago where I live someone had put a tracker at a gas station pump and was stealing card numbers! Luckily it wasn't at the station I use!

Embrace Me: very pretty deep but hot pink. in the same family as Candy Yum Yum and Pink Piegon but i guess the more "tanned" of the three lol. it's identical to the pencil.

Silly: it looks simple to me. Nothing really special to me. Have not tried on my lips but if i do and nothing i'd rather not have that one

Heroine: of course i love! identical to the old one. no changes, thank God.

Ablaze: nice!!! actually more surprised about the color than i expected to be. Very apricot/permission (did i spell that right?) color. The brightest of them all. Real stand out.


Heroine Liner: it's like 90% close to Magenta! but magenta has that two toned appearance to it, Heroine is nice.

and i haven't opened up the rest of the stuff yet i got tired lol.
