I called my nordstroms last wk and they allowed me to pre-order, they filled out an order form with all my info including my credit card # but they didnt charge it...the guy on the phone supposedly said they would a day before it was released 4/3 or that I could come in and pay but I wouldn't get my products until the 4th. After reading some of the comments Im scared, has this happened to anyone before, where they werent able to get their stuff even after giving their credit card # and filling out an order form?

so i take it nobody is interested in the shadows? why the heck wouldnt they launch it with the rest of it

with it sayin "comin soon" the hype will die down since the other collections comin out back to back next week!

A surprise trip to see the in-laws today prevented me from posting sooner. I didn't even have time to do a full evaluation of each lipstick, but I quickly tried on each of the three I got and omg I love them!!! I never owned Heroine, so this was a first for me and now I understand why everyone loves it so much. Even hubby said he would understand if I bought a b/u because it's "a really cool color." I hardly ever b/u lippies, but I'm thinking about it for this one. Embrace Me is a beautiful bright pink that I don't think looks exactly like any of my other pinks, but I'll do some comparisons after work tomorrow. Ablaze is amazing. It definitely reminds me of Lady at Play from the mineralized lippies, but I'll do a side-by-side comparison tomorrow to see how close they really are. The finish might end up being the main difference. Any comparison swatch requests? I won't get to them until tomorrow night since I'll have work during the day, but I'll get to them ASAP so final decisions can be made!

I'll make sure to look for Mirrored Plum when I'm trying to track down WnW's Nude Awakening palette.

I got my hands on Mirrored Plum, I LOVE IT!!!! Plus it's actually an enjoyable texture, not too sticky but not thin. Thank you guys for talking about it so much, I saw it and just had to pick it up!!

haha! i have never tried a Revlon one, but I'm just curious what that might smell like now...i guess it's probably a good thing.

I've only tried one NYX gloss and it does smell fruity to me as well. Like cherry scented or something.

Oh yes it smells like vanilla cake batter and I love it as well! Loreal lipstick smell is my least favorite although my favorite DS coral lipstick is from Loreal called Peach Fuzz.

I am over the shadows because they were not that compelling and now there are new things on the horizon to anticipate (that eye collection is calling me. I hope it releases in the US). Plus y'all had me all over town looking for mirrored plum lipgloss and the BOGO at CVS got me, and now I am not trying to buy anything until after the Hayley Williams collex (I may make an exception for the lipstick though).
