Thanks for that comparison, luvlydee. I had seen in my research that folks where mentioning Brazen Berry as a Heroine dupe, but based on isolated swatches I just wasn't seeing it. You can tell that Brazen Berry isn't as opaque which makes a huge difference.

I know for sure I am tired. I got a UPS My Choice notice about a Nordstrom package and I was like, "WTF is Nordies sending me???" Few emails later I see my Heroine ship notice from Nordstrom. Oopsy... Ordered it yesterday and it arrives tomorrow. Woohoo! Wish I could have gotten the pencil though.

I ordered Embrace Me l/l from MAC on 3/28, got a "your order has been shipped" from MAC on 3/29, but when I check my USPS tracking, all I get is..

Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office.

I figure it should have at least moved by now but it doesn't even look like it's made it to the truck yet. All I want is my doggone pencil!

ETA: they were both 2 swipes and Brazen Berry is more shinier and lets my skin show through the color. i sitll like heroine waaay better.

Hello ladies I don't post a lot, but I just had to say my box is out for delivery today. I ordered ablaze l/s, embrace me l/s, and silly l/s but now I am not sure how silly will look on nc 45/50 skin. What else do u ladies think is a must have from this collection.

Ok, some quick swatches. Mirrored plum and heroine lipglass side by side. Embrace me,heroine and ablaze l/s. heroine and ablaze lipglass. Embrace me and ablaze l/p. swatches taken outside first then inside. I already had embrace me l/p from the Beth Ditto collection. Entertain me l/p is no comparison with ablaze l/p. I didn't bother to swatch them together. I will do some lip swatches later.

Ohhhh, thanks pretty! What do you think of Mirrored Plum and Heroine? They look very similar in your swatches.

Yes very close indeed... Mirrored plum is a tad bit lighter. Just a tad bit. Far away you wouldn't notice, but up close you see that itsy bitsy difference.
