I was wondering when Sephora was going to announce their April sale. Figures that it's after Ulta's F&F.

15%? what happened to 20%? I have to narrow it down but here's what my list look like:

I'm confused is the 11th the actual day of the sale or the preview? if its the preview when's the aactual sale? is it in store only or also online?

15%, I am not impressed. I might get YSL Rouge Volupte Shine in Fuchsia in Rage (I think that's the name) One of the new Givenchy lipsticks. Probably Magnolia Organza. Nars Satin lip pencil in Isola Bella MUFE Rouge Artist Intense lipstick #25 That may or may not be all. None of that is really definite. I mean, I'm not foaming at the mouth over 15%.

anyone know if I order online will this automatically be discounted? and can I buy inline and in store?
ya I thought it was 20% dmit now no don't know if I'll get anything. oh who am I kidding of course I will lol just not as much!

I have 2 email addresses registered with Sephora. Last year, the email address I actually use in store received a 20% discount while the email address I don't use received a 15% discount. I figured the % had to do with the usage of my vib accounts. I didn't use the codes last year but I'm looking at lip tars this year!

I guess, in a way, the 11th is both. It's a preview day for VIB, but technically also the VIB start day. It should be in store and online

IIRC, the April sale has been 15% off (at least for the last few years) and the November sale is 20%. I'm sure we'll be getting emails and/or actual coupon cards with the promo code sometime soon. Last year, they sent the email two days before the sale started.They didn't even offer me the flyer I posted, I noticed it behind the counter and asked for one.

I haven't thought about what to get yet, mostly because there's nothing I NEED (but when do I ever need any of this stuff?! haha). I could still get a lot of things from Ulta this week, but since I already requalified for Platinum Ultimate Rewards, I suppose I should focus on Sephora. Plus I have a gift card to burn.

I am running low on some skincare products, so I'll pick those up next week plus the Lancome stuff my mom has been waiting for. I was going to buy a 2 pack of beauty blenders, but I found them on Amazon yesterday for $18.45. Score !

Have you ladies tried out any of Sephora Brand's new reformulated eyeshadows? These are so nice. I picked up Girls Night Out today.

I recently went to Sephora to check out one of their shadows called Jungle Party. I ended up getting that and Sailor's Kiss. They also had a promotion at the time that if you bought two shadows you got the 3 pan compact for free. Their new shadows are smoother and have better pigmentation that the ones they used to have. I definitely think they are worth the 2nd look.

As far as the sale goes. I think I will be using it to rack up on the new Urban Decay 24/7 pencils. I love UDs pencils so much. I usually wait until the holidays to by what ever set they come out with but this time I think I will be going in earlier.
The colors are:

Smoke: deepest grey matte
Invasion: deepest dark green matte
Mainline: deep blue to green matte
Sabbath: deep navy blue
Vice: pearly red eggplant shimmer
Empire: deep eggplant matte

I just looked at Snakeskin Dress and added it to my basket. Check out Animal Instinct when you get a chance. Sailor's Kiss reminds me of the Aqua Shadow Pencil from MUFE . I Sailor's Kiss for a smokey eye out to dinner the other night and I loved the fact that in the light you could clearly see its a blue and not just a basic black smokey eye.

Animal Instinct looks very nice. I don't remember seeing that one in the store so I just Google'd for swatches. Looks greenish black with gold flecks. Sephora says it's smokey dark khaki with glitter.

Basically, these are the one's that caught my eye so far other than the one I got today....
