Right now I'm 7 hours ahead of central time and Europe changes for daylight saving a few weeks after the US, so for awhile it was only 6 hours.  It was kind of nice to be able to call home earlier in the day.  Although for times like this.. I only had to wake up a little early instead of staying up all night.

Exactly! It's all too confusing sometimes! I'd go visit my sister in Atlanta before we did DST, and i was always saying it's 1pm my time instead of 2. It drove my sister
