Oh Pretty, a girl can never have too many brushesI have that brush too, but I'm turning into a brush whore and this is giving me an excuse to buy the hourglass brush. LOL

I gave up on catching up too - heck, I didn't even post when I picked all my goodies up. I'm definitely loving everything - especially the shadows!I have been trying to catch up on this thread for ages, and I'm still about 30 pages behind. I'll never catch up at this rate.
I'm around NW10 - NW15, and am trying to decide which blush(es) to get. Could someone advise, please? I'm 47, so older skin, if that helps, brunette (with natural silver highlights) with dark brown eyes.
I hope to get most, if not all the eyeshadows - I can't resist them. Undecided on skinfinishes as yet, but might be considering Definitely Defined - any views on that?

Thank you, Liba. Bareness and At Dusk were top of my 'probable' list. I like the look of Flaming Chic, but wasn't too sure since I tend to get very red in the face at times. I'm very happy to hear that they look good on older skinI gave up on catching up too - heck, I didn't even post when I picked all my goodies up. Try At Dusk for sure, for something incredibly natural, but still giving a bit of a pink flush to the cheeks. I love Bareness too, but that is more of a nude cheek, without the "blushing" effect. You could totally pull it off, if you're looking for a more high fashion look or want something different from things you might already have. I love Flaming Chic too, for something bright and cute.
All of them are so great on older skin - to me, that's the best thing about the Extra Dimension products.
Girl!!!!!! You are stunning! Those brows are flawless. And this is Flaming Chic and Zestful e/s
Really? I had the opposite results. If I want blush to last, I wear NARS. I love a lot of my MAC blushes, but I always have to touch them up a couple of times during the day. It isn't that I don't prep my skin, either. The MAC website says the blush lasts about six hours . . .not a long time, but am I the only one noticing the blush only lasts a couple of hours? I'm setting it with mineralized finish, natural and spraying Fix+. Anyone?

My Mac powder blushes last all day on me . . .but looks like I need to go back and pick up duplicates for my purse.

I got a double def from my mac counter on launch day that has finger prints. It doesn't bother me tho, now that I know it's a production thing and someone wasn't just fondling mine I don't care. After it's used a few times you won't know ( and I''ll probly wipe the top layer off)I'm curious.....since Def Defined and STF are the two SF that have been missing from MAC are they the only two that have had prints on them? I can't remember but has anyone found prints on Double Def? That would really solidify my theory about this whole fingerprint coming soon mess.
I already had mine, so didn't buy it specially just for the ED blushes. Try a kabuki if you have one--these blushes seem to work better with denser brushes (and they seem to get the waxy layer off better, too). I also have a pretty cheap NYX synthetic angled blush brush, and that one worked okay, too, I think because it is kind of stiff (and on the dense side).im happy someone likes this blush I think it sucks I was going to order other colors but no thanks I have used the one I got with the following brushes chanel mac haukodo nars and it didn't work with any of them I feel like I should not have to buy a specail brush just to use a blush come on now that's crazy
I think the #1 is just bigger than the #2 so it's advertised as a powder brush, but you could use either the #1 or #2 for powder, foundation, and blush, depending on your preference, or whether you wanted to get two to reserve each for different uses.what is the difference btwn the 1 and 2 brush?
Well, it's a good time now if you're going to get one with the Sephora sale, so that's how I justified it! But I really should have waited until the 20% off one in the fall, since Hourglass stuff is so expensive.I have that brush too, but I'm turning into a brush whore and this is giving me an excuse to buy the hourglass brush.
