I thought i was done spending after Temperature Rising. Now i will only be getting 1 or 2 lippies from Temp. Rising. At first i really wanted the Ripe for Love blush but after seeing this, money will be used for this collection. I need Flamingo l/s in my life along with Sushi Kiss, Sweet and Sour, Tangerine Dream and all 3 blushes. The names all sound so cute and yummy haha! BTW the model looks so adorable too! Thankfully i already have 2 of the cremesheen's and 2 Razzledazzler's picked up from CCO cuz i don't know if my hubby can continue supporting my Mac....no MAKEUP addiction period!

I am wearing Ablaze today and I am just pleased as punch. Orange really works for me. My daughter said orange looks good on me and makes me look glowy. I'm so excited for this collection despite the lame lippie formulas.

Really lovely looking colour. I'm wondering how similar this will look to Sheer Mandarin lipstick (Sheen Supreme). I have that one and I love the uniqueness of the colour, but I'm not a fan of the formula- I find it kind of greasy but also drying.

From what i remember when i had sheer manderine it looked like it had more white to it?? I think since tangerine dream is a luster formula itll be much easier to wear. I might have to get a back up of this if i fall in love with it

OMG, I'm so slow. I kept seeing that pic in the last couple of days and was admiring her look, but it never even crossed my mind to check what she is wearing, lol.
The l/s is very pretty, but I'm not sure how it would look on me.

Thank you so much for sharing!
I'm debating if I should get SLN (Matte) or Tangerine Dream (Lustre). Lustre is probably easier to wear, but they are sheer and don't last long. Hmmm.

Sheer Mandarin has a lot more yellow, which makes it look lighter, but it's not lighter due to a lot more white; just because yellow in a color mix is more light reflective. Personally, I loooooooove Sheer Mandarin, although I do like to blot it down a little, rather than layer it on really thick - it's one of my most used tubes, strangely enough. I'm so glad it's perm.

If Tangerine Dream is one of the "good" lustres, that has enough coverage to deal with my natural lip color, it's going to be a must. This whole collection is making me crazy, because orange toned lipsticks work really well for me. I keep thinking there will be some colors that won't be as nice on me as others, but the more I look at them, the less I can find one I'm not into. It'll be down to the textures on these and afterwards, I won't need another orange lipstick for the rest of my born days :p

Aaah gotcha. And i agree sheer mandarin looks so much better on me blotted down. Lustres are really hit or miss. Like jubilee i cant see anything on my lips but hug me the pigmentation is awesome. I hope the pigmentation is great on this one also because i only want this from this collection

The lustres that were new with Heavenly Creatures are my idea of perfection - Cusp of Dawn is one of my top nudes and Venus is one of the few soft pinks that works well on me. Flamingo was another great lustre. Meanwhile, stuff from before 2012, like Cut A Caper, just do not work on me at all - they look almost crumbly on my lips. I really wanted the Carine Roitfeld nude to be good for me too, but it was just the wrong shade so I didn't get it, but it certainly had the good new lustre style.

Sometimes I'll wear a heavier layer of Sheer Mandarin, but only for going out at night. I do a blotted layer then a heavier layer on top.

Totally off topic, but it's in the same color range, so I'll bring it up anyways: Warm Companion!! It was one of my favorites from Apres Chic and now that it's sunnier out, it looks even better. It has this unique moist sparkle in the sunlight. I only wish I had 10 pairs of lips to wear all these things all the time!

you can always wear SLN on top of balm. That's what I do. Mattes lasts so much longer than lustres
