I like Rihanna. I'm past the age of considering myself a true fan, but I have every album from Good Girl Gone Bad up until the latest one which I am about to get one of these days. She may do some foolish things, but that's her life, her business. The girl works hard as hell, 7 albums in what, 7 years? And touring etcetera etcetera. At the rate that she is going I am actually amazed that she hasn't had a burn out yet. She might not be the beste rolemodel, but kudos to her for getting where she is now (and looking gorgeous doing so).

I know this may not be a popular suggestion, but I hope they step up the strict purchase limit...restrict the number of items that can be purchased and shipped to a certain address. Go one step further because people will then send stuff to their friend address....restricts orders made by IP address (think like those coupons you can get online that only allow you to print a certain number. When you try again you get a message saying you have reached your limit. Yeah, people will find ways around it but if they make it a bit more strict and actually enforce it then it will make things a little more fair to others just trying to buy a reasonable amount of product. The waiting room idea may work if it's where you have to wait before you enter the area to put your items in your cart. Who knows. I'm just not a fan of the usual method where you're less likely to get what you're looking for because some vultures have bought a lot and listed it on Ebay before the confirmation email has had a chance to be sent out! Maybe that's just my own rant though

It's not fair at all for the people who actually want the products and intend on USING them.

I wish we had some actual photos of RiRi Boy. I can't do most purples, which is why I passed on Heroine.
I think it will be very similar to UTA except the finish of course. I am glad for once that stalling on getting a perm item will be a good thing b/c I have been hesitating on getting UTA forever, thinking I would BTM for it, but never getting around to that, and now I am glad because I prefer a more matte finish!

I'm not a fan (her music is just not my usual musical fare) but I totally agree with this. I think we all have an artist or band that we have followed over the years, maybe not as much as we did in the beginning but we still just have to have each new endeavor. I think she has done a great job getting where she is and kudos to her for always looking rather sickening as she does it! It doesn't take a fan to admit the girl has style which is why I thought MAC teaming up with her was a cool idea even from a non-fan stand point regardless of what she may or may not have going on in her life. :)

Ikr? I am not totally up to date about what she is up to in her personal life. I was a bit turned off by some things I have heard her say in an interview, but I still like her music. I don't love her up to the point that I feel the need to go to a concert, but I like the music, just like Bob Marley, Metallica, Lady Gaga and so on and so forth.(wide spectrum of music that I appreciate.)

Anyways, my point of view is: you can disagree with somebody but still respect them and your difference in opinion. I feel a quote coming up:

I think I'm on team 'Snooze You Lose'. I've missed out on maybe one lipstick I wanted. If I don't get something I want it means nothing at all. It's only makeup and based on the hauls I see discussed here none of us needs it. You will always be able to find something similar. The differences are not discernible to the majority of people seeing you.

That said I wish MAC wouldn't make it so hectic, but I think quite a few people love the thrill of the chase. I know it's one of the reasons why I enjoy shopping. Many of my items come with a story.

Geez, I wish those words would come out of my mouth for a change. I know other people do not see the difference, but OCD me does

I know you do MACerette, but I assure you you'll look pretty in a slightly darker/lighter/bluer/pinker/yellower/etc. shade. Now quit giving me puppy dog eyes through an even more adorable puddy tat!

There are so many collections coming out + other brands in existence that it's just easy to shrug it off for the next obsession.

Come live with me and repeat that phrase to remind me every time I get hung up on something new. Mi casa es su casa!

In reading all the comments I guess I will put my two cents in since this is an open community. No offense, but what does her career have to do with her makeup line. I get some ppl dont want to support her because of her crazy image, but keep in mind she is young and under a microscope, when your whole life is an open book, it can easily be read or misinterpreted wrong. Who are we to judge? I promise you guys, if you chose not to buy her makeup line from MAC I dont think it will hurt her financially one bit. So stop judging and just get AWESOME products that are coming out. If not, your lost.... but keep in mind Im saying this in a respectful way....

I tried that but that didn't help me either. Shock therapy next?
