I can't sign in, i can't check out.

Wow, just trying to get to the Customer Service screen TIMED OUT.

MAC is probably not really happy about this either. Can you imagine all the hate mail they're going to get and the poor customer service phone people have probably been getting a lifetime's worth of screaming in their ears.

Has anyone actually RECENTLY managed to order? This seems like a whole lot of waiting and nobody seems to be getting through. This is just so frustrating for a lipstick I can definitely live without. I have confidence that MAC will come out with far better colors that are unique in the future. So long, RiRi boy! Lol. I also have a sneaking suspicion that Heaux and RiRi boy will be back in the fall...just a feeling

I have a quick question, I ordered everything I wanted, I used my husband card and it wouldnt let me change the billing address to put his name on the credit card, I got a confirmation email, but nothing has been taking out of my account. Do you think that I have to try to reorder with my card?? Dont want to double buy. Does the confirmation email mean that you have the products, because I think if they check the name it will decline the card....

exactly!! This is why I said yesterday that I hoped there was no waiting room. It's totally stressful and draining. I feel sorry for MAC, this launch was a complete fail.

I vowed to never ever buy another mac lipstick for $50, but I'm almost about to give up and do just that. This is so stupid. The first time was slow and horrible so why they would do this with 5 items escapes me...I've been trying to change my billing address for over an hour now. Seen about 5 gateway crashes....this is phone, ipad, and laptop once each time, never with more than one window up. This is BULLS*IT.
