Yeah I posted over there too, people are tagging Rihanna's page in their links thinking that she is going to see our pain and frustration and actually give a damn. I'm sure they are confident that they are gonna make their money, and really don't care how terrible a process it was.

I just got through with my order. It took me about15 minutes. I logged into my account and add the items to my shopping bag. Try logging in ladies. It works faster.

SMH. Cancellation email received. I had the waiting room up while I was getting ready for work and it took 39 minutes to get to checkout and then errored out. Didn't have time to try again before leaving so F IT!!!!

OMG I am sitting @ work all frustrated and my husband just called and said he bought the whole collection for my birthday, in 20 min flat. That was so nice of him. I only wanted the lippies but hell, I will play with the rest!

I noticed that too if you log in first it seems to go faster i got into the checkout 3 more times after i ordered

my order FINALLY went through! dont give up guys! if it says it time out or you get the gateway error when you're trying to checkout with paypal just hit the back button

I finally got what I wanted after logging in to both laptops in the house, my Iphone, and Ipad and waiting for almost 1 1/2 hrs. I had to refresh so many times after getting gateway timeouts. MAC is RATCHED for all of this on SO MANY LEVELS. If they even think about going up in price, THEY ARE SO FIRED!!! I deserve to be treated better than this. These products better be worth my time. If they are patchy or dry in any way, I will be sending them right back!!! Grrrrr!!!!!
