I ordered RRB last night and logged in to check just now and it says my order is still pending. Should I try to reorder? I don't want two as I already have way too many lippes.

Yes, I would! I ordered last night as well and I just checked my order status and it says cancelled! I order another one right before because I heard others were being cancelled.

Okay, I just finally got in to the site to look at my order status and it says cancelled next to all 5 of my items.

Money still not back in my account yet though. I've never been thru anything like this in my life.

If they've cancelled my order they better give me back my money and they damn sure better put the money back on my gift card.

And if you make it to the checkout and get the gateway, just refresh! Thats what I did and it finally gave me a confirmation without starting over.

Good grief. It finally loaded for me but because the website had loaded funky when I selected the item, it added everything to my cart instead of just Heaux. Now I'm trying to fix that but can't get anything to load. Wow, guys, isn't this fun?

Try using Google Chrome! It's been pretty quick for the order I placed and for logging in to my account!

When something you love becomes a chore, you have to wonder if it's really worth the trouble. That's exactly how I'm feeling about MAC and the way they conduct business as it pertains to their limited edition releases. I've been patronizing MAC long enough to have watched it slide down this slippery slope and it's certainly not much fun anymore. I have seriously begun the walk away to greener pastures.

If you have an I phone it seems to work better on that. I placed my order on my i phone and it is moving pretty quickly(quicker than the computer) for me to view my orders. One of my orders has been cancelled (but i didnt receive an email about it yet). I checked the other order a few minutes ago and it said pending, but i'm assuming it will change to cancelled soon.

I can't log into MAC but its been 2 and a half hours since I ordered and no cancellation notice and I've been charged for it so we'll see.
