Okay ladies. So I'm going to wait to see what happens now with my cancelled order. I didn't want to miss out on RiRi Woo again so I went in at 1:33 and just got my confirmation number. 12 minutes. Not too bad. But they'd better put my money back on my gift card and my bank account.

ETA: And I still haven't gotten a cancellation email.

Ok ladies, guess I will put my two cents in... Am I the only one who thinks that it is FAIR to cancel the orders, (although I wish they would put it back in your account fast) but it wouldnt be fair that some ladies got a headstart in the "race". I wanted this collection just as bad as the rest of you gals, but if a company states a specific time for something to release, then they should honor that...Now on to the next comment... geesh yall are wearing me thin with these comments, how can you get mad at MAC for honoring their original word!? Im sure if you missed out on this collection, you would be upset too that others got a headstart and ordered 3-4 lipsticks of one color....

I agree with what you're saying but it's MACs screw up. None of the ladies who ordered early did anything wrong. I think MAC should honour those orders while ensuring they are still making the original number of lipsticks/blushes etc available. Full disclosure - I ordered RRB early and have not received a cancellation email and my account says pending (am in Canada).

If MAC doesn't want early orders, then they need to fix their system IMO. Most companies that make mistakes honor them. It's not like it was a price mistake and we all got RiRi lipsticks for $1.65. It costs them nothing to honor the orders.

To the ladies who ordered early don't fret just yet! I placed 3 orders before 12 and only one has been canceled. I think it's because I had 2 RRWs. My other two orders with one heaux and one Riri boy are still pending

Eh. I didn't mean to give thumbs up for this comment. No, it's not fair, in my opinion for orders to be cancelled. They should honor the fact that they put it up, sent out confirmation e-mails and took the money out of my account.

You know what if MAC wants to be fair, cool. But send us emails prior to the launch that our order was cancelled and don't take money out of our accounts. Cuz now I'm grumpy that I have money missing from my acct. and it was a big order cuz I ordered for my mom and BFF. Hughhhhh

LOL I can't find any of the Riri products on the MAC canada site, anyone else? I see the rhianna image, but there is nowhere to click.

And it's not listed under new collections.

Haha! I just saw someone tweet that they'll just go to the MAC store for the collection when they get paid on Thursday. Somebody's gonna be in for a rude awakening.

Trying to check now if my big order was canceled...I hope they only canceled the lippies if they had to because my order was over $200 BEFORE the lippies were added and I really don't want to try and recreate that cart. Checked and it still says pending for now. Can't recall what time I ordered but I want to say about 15 minutes before noon. We'll see what happens. I don't want to see another MAC release for a little while now. I need to recover from this madness!

This waiting room stuff is bs! Timeout errors on my laptop and I don't even know what happened on my phone, it just blanked. If I can't get it in the next 2o mins or something then eff MAC. So done. Love you RiRi but this is just an idiotic idea.

I was able to get to the checkout page, but I'm not going through with it. My order still says pending and my money is still gone. I refuse to order again. If they're going to send that e-mail they better do it ASAP. They're really effing up here.

I was told by MAC CS that my order from before noon (11:15 AM) will be cancelled for sure. They also said that an authorization charge for the purchase is not the same as them taking my money. The money will be released by end of week. I haven't received a cancellation email, but I suspect it's coming.
