So I went to the mall, had lunch, took a nap and there's another 50 pages added to this thread...this is unbelievable you guys. Honestly, I've been a MAC user for a long time (10 years or so) and never have seen something as crazy as this launch. Are you guys actually interested in the products or is it the rush of ordering? I'm now geniunly curious as I don't believe any of them are that special.The bronzer is way too yellow IMO, the lipsticks are super dry and I think Nars, MUFE and GA make much better illuminators than MAC. Somebody enlighten me plz and tell me what it is I'm missing, lol!!! Meanwhile, I have a couple of hours of free time this evening so I will come back and try to read this thread over a bowl of icecream for entertainment

You make a great point and I've asked myself this on a few occasions. I was going to skip this entirely until I saw some swatches. Heaux is genuinely appealing to me now and RRB seems interesting. I like the Retro Matte finish well enough. It doesn't dry out my lips to the max degree. If I miss out I won't cry, though b/c between Chanel, Nars and MUFE I'm good. I want to tell people that the Chanel liquid illuminator is lightyears ahead of lustre drops, but nobody wants to hear it, though.

Okay good news. I called in to cancel my riris that I got before 12.00 because I got what I wanted through the virtual room. Told me that it has already been sent to distribution and that they probably did not get to it. So if you have pending on your order status you are safe. Wow.

If that's the case, I'll likely have an extra heaux for anyone who missed out.

I wanna cry!!!! My first order was cancelled with the lippies among other things. Not to mention the total order was like $230+ so they are gonna hold this money and not send my items. This is like ridiculous. I am super pissed off right now and should not be at my desk because I can't say what I want to say to them on the phone. But anyhow, I'm on hold, let's see if we can get to the bottom of this

4 hours and no cancellation. I feel like I should be good to go at this point but you never know with MAC.

Just to re-chime in on the fairness of the early orders...I get people not feeling like it's fair. It's not. BUT it's also not fair to punish customers for MAC's error. The page wasn't hacked by the customers or illegally tampered with in order to place the orders. Yes, I managed to place an order a little before noon but I went through the official release also just in case. If my original order is canceled I'm fine with that. What I'm not fine with is if they cancel SOME orders but not all of the early ones (including mine). It should either be honor them all of cancel them all. I would feel terrible of my order wasn't canceled but some many others were...which is why I said I would let you all know so someone that missed out could get a second chance without being raped by the eBay poachers lol. MAC needs to get their stuff together. They aren't a new company trying to figure things out. They just seem too cheap to care about upping their systems and doing things right. Just my opinion.

My first order, the one that the site is saying is cancelled, had RiRi Boy in it. I didn't even bother with ordering it the 2nd time. Just went with Woo.

Okay, what a difference a few minutes makes. Well, the iPhone 5 is the winner right now. It popped up first. But here is a little info for everyone out there. Once the checkout screen was visible, there is a note sayingthat RRB "is temporarily out of stock. You may order it now and we will ship it to you as soon as it is back in stock."

MAC is weird I know for sure. I placed an order during the By Request collection and it was confirmed. A day later they said I needed to verify my card info or they would cancel my order.Well by that time I realized I used my account that I never put money in. So I didn't even worry about it because everything was sold out by then anyway. Then next thing I know, I received an email 2 days after that with shipping info. They pushed my order through anyway. So who knows with them. Smh

I was finally able to re order now just in case they get cancelled, during check out it said Riri Boy and Heaux are backordered until mid july!
