Actually, no. You don't know how I'd feel and you'd be wrong anyway. If I was late to the party and others found a loophole and ordered, I would not see it as fair that their orders were cancelled. Even if I missed out.

I just called my SA to put in my fall order. She died cracking up. I was serious as hell tho. I told her I don't kno what it will consist of really but whatever I want to ensure that i do get. She jokingly called me crazy however promised that she got me! I was told that customers were coming in the store asking the associates to order for them
LMAO that's crazy !!!

I dont think CS needs to confirm orders got cancelled because alot of people have been posting on here saying their orders got cancelled, which sucks !!! MAC should have honored it and "next time" made sure their were no glitches

I am so glad that you gave them a piece of your mind. We're all rooting for you on this end! At least you'll be able to get UTA without all that aggravation. I ended up getting UTA with my order. I tend to like a creamier texture better.

100% agree. I mean, our goal here is for everyone to get their lipsticks. That's why we PM each other links and share info.

And another gripe.... Excuse my b**** fest today but MAC made me.... Enough with this standard shipping... Some of us live all the way on the west coast and won't get our ish for ages.... Common now!!!

Gah my boyfriend is a software engineer and thankfully sits in front of a computer anyways all day and was willing to put in my order. Seriously , why does Mac penalize us for their software glitches? Happens allllllll the time in tech!!!

i'm just about to close this fucking mac page. been on for 4 HOURS! "my request is being processed" -.- really MAC? I have had the 3 lippies in my cart for 4 HOURS. I've been like checking back every ten minutes just to make sure it's still alive.

Good for you, today was a nightmare for all of us.....Watch out though, someone may try to lecture you for this later....it would go something like "you and your SA friends are the reason we dont get any products". Nevermind the months of stalking we do here and the fact that they only pop in here when a collection launches asking for links....lol get outta here or better yet like someone else commented earlier stop by your local store and try to get the items for an ONLINE collection there hahaha!......... Oh and ppl asking associates to order for them common! hahaha!

Yea I'm one of those people. I was just asking because I didn't want to have all of those lipsticks and ld.if cs saying no orders where really cancel then I will have bu I guess

Girl, you have some patience. At an hour and a half I was like if it doesn't complete within 10 minutes... I'm done lol. Almost threw my phone, iPad, computer (because yes im one of "those" who was using multiple devices lol)
