This was ridiculous.  I was a former "lurker" until today.  I don't regularly buy from Mac and I get so busy with work and school....so imma be honest and say I've been lurking for years.  Thanks to all of you ladies and gents?, if any, for sending me a link earlier even though my order was cancelled.  I had an optical appointment & brought my computer and phone with me.  I'm sure it was a sight to see, eyes all dilated but still trynna order, lol.  I did manage to get a riri boy (the only thing I wanted) back ordered.  Now, I'm seeing on IG how ppl are stealing conf#'s from pics posted and calling MAC to hv the address of those conf#'s updated to their address.  I have a mind to do them like I do Chase when they screw up.  Call CS, and just rant like a MF and refuse to hang up.  Usually, CS cannot hang up on you unless you cursing, threatening, or are disrespectful.  I know after an hour of that Chase ALWAYS offers me a credit just so I can hang up.  Oh, the trick is DO NOT let them transfer you to a supervisior cause they have no limit on the time they can spend on the phone with you. Thanks to ya'll I've got CYY, 2 heroines, ablaze, embrace me, riri woo, and now, hopefully, riri boy.  Sending ya'll hugs & kisses from H-Town:kiss:

. I order 3 riri boys with the link I was pmed. My order went through at 12;04 I guess it was cancelled cause I ordered 3. I am cool right now so I don't wanna call to try and find out cause I am gonna be mad lol

The order they cancelled was placed at like 11:15 pst/ 2:15 eastern time

Haha, I hear you!!! It was 1.30am when it went live for me, and my boyfriend was tucked up in bed next to me.... when my order went through at 3am and I finally snuggled down next to him he turned to me and said "what's the time? how long did it take you?".... I swiftly replied with twenty minutes Haha!

I am lost as to why this collection was online (it seems to me that because it is online it MUST come back for fall?!), and why MAC did not predict/prepare with server space, quantities etc. They HYPED IT TO NO END

and then screwed up big time, what an embarrassment for the company!

Three hours for some lipstick is not right.

Nope used my CC. The CS said she didn't know why it was cancelled but she couldn't do anything about it. She could have someone call me tomorrow

I used my card and they cancelled. And they cancelled my sister's order also.

Yep she said I could get 1 of each item in an order but basically couldn't place more than 1 order. Then she said she didn't know why it was cancelled. I'm sooooooo pissed

That's bs, they lets us order 4 times last collection. And why have a buy all button if its just 1 item?
