Haha, I hear you!!! It was 1.30am when it went live for me, and my boyfriend was tucked up in bed next to me.... when my order went through at 3am and I finally snuggled down next to him he turned to me and said "what's the time? how long did it take you?".... I swiftly replied with twenty minutes Haha!

Ohhhhh the fun hasn't ended yet?!?!? I see, it's only at a resting point until we get shipping notifications... or cancellation notices... Oh MAC this is wonderful!

The online cart specifically said 1 item per TRANSACTION not OVERALL, PERIOD, THAT'S ALL YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ORDER! I placed 2 orders for the Lustre Drops! So I could have one and my girl could have one! They better not cancel my order! I'll be so mad after waiting ALL afternoon in "waiting rooms" and crashes and time outs! NOT COOL! If they had said ONE OF EACH ITEM ONLY, I wouldn't have waited over and over again! I spent over 2 1/2 hours to place 2 orders!

I thought the fine print said "one of each item per order?" So are they now saying that it was SUPPOSE to be "one of each item per account" ???

Nope used my CC. The CS said she didn't know why it was cancelled but she couldn't do anything about it. She could have someone call me tomorrow

That's bs, they lets us order 4 times last collection. And why have a buy all button if its just 1 item?

That's exactly what I told her and she said this collection is different, I said can you send me something where this was stated because now all my funds are on hold. She proceeded to put me on hold and then said she didn't know why the order was cancelled and someone could contact me tomorrow. Wtf?!!!!!

So my boyfriend made his own account to stalk with me this morning & he never got passed the "waiting room" & he ended up getting kicked off the server multiple times. I just logged onto his account and all the lipsticks he put in there are all in the cart. Oh well, at least I was able to go through!

I ordered more than 1 item but in separate transactions... The email stated 1 per transaction and mac has always held a 4 item max

Yeah! EXACTLY! I'm actually afraid at this point some "MAC FBI Enforcer of Multiple Shipments" is going to show up at my door and Ninja kick my UPS guy to keep me from my black box(es)! Damn you MAC... Damn you to HE LL!

i have one with the blush
and i have another with all the lipsticks but with BUs through the link... i wish they would send the cancel or confirmation so atleast i can re-order even if its back ordered cause the lipsticks are still up!

It will be interesting to see how many of my orders get cancelled. I'm calling them because I am not happy with "Celeste" from MAC CS

I haven't posted in awhile, but thank you ladies for keeping all of us mac lovers up to date with new collections and release dates. With that being said, I don't think I can go through another waiting room experience! Being tied up for 3 hours trying to buy makeup is insane!
