That makes no sense at all! Even when it was AFTER launch time, the CS reps said we can make up to four orders, but only one of each item in each order. wtf

Yep and the rep couldn't explain why it disappeared but just that the order was gone along with my stuff. I'm like so where did my bronzer and lustre drops go since u just cancelled my order

Honestly wtf is Mac thinking?!?! They could have easily just honored all orders, as they SHOULD have.. Not making people feel like they did wrong by ordering before 12. Nobody told us not to order before 12! Any other collection launch is you order when you see the motherfucking products on the site!! Wtf honestly I'm blown away that they would cancel orders simply because they were made before 12. Those people deserved their orders ! They checked the site early as anyone who knows mac collection release history would do! Sure if they ordered more than one of each item, I understand cause it was stated as 1 item per.. But really?! That's beyond rude Mac. Speechless !

Also as far as it looks the Canadian mac site honored all orders made lastnight so I dunno what it is with them, I don't see it as fair as all there was still plenty left today and is it not first come first serve . I'm so mad for everyone who's orders were cancelled there's been SO many ;(

Smh, ironic that the herpes lady probably did less damage to MAC than they did to themselves.

Unfortunately- seeing as how the age worn adage applies- ALL publicity is GOOD publicity- amongst the younger teens and twenty-somethings- this MAC craze/mania simply plays into the popularist reality- of where no one wants to be left out on all the noise making. Just take a look at ALL the activity being generated on this site alone!

- Honestly- corporation CAN`T BUY this kind of attention/ground swell. Obviously the SNAFUs are not intentional but I do think the lost revenue and pissed off clientele is being chalked up to loss leader casualties-acceptable collateral damage if you will.
What MAC needs is an innovator who can symbiotically reduce the infamy of consumer stress- while at the same time generating this feeling of being part of something coveted and terrific!
For all we know cooler, more progressive heads are prevailing and MAC will soon ushers in a new age of endorphin rush- purchasing- minus all this torturous hair pulling and vocal chord shredding ....well... that's the eternal optimist in me- here's hoping.....

Thanks for the laugh. I'm seriously OK, though. My team won tonight and all I'm concerned about is getting my money back. Mac can keep their precious Rihanna items. They're tainted to me now, so send them to someone else. If this was something like the compact from To the Beach or Bite of an Apple blush, I would flip my shit. It's just Rihanna. I'm not a fan of hers at all, so it's kinda funny that her collection would be where Mac and I part ways.

Well, well, well what do we have here. I just got another e-mail from Mac that confirms shipping w/ the UPS link and it looks just like every other confirmation e-mail. However, I click the link to see where it is and the UPS site tells me there's a return to sender request. It was sent out at 9pm but by 11:50 it says "The shipper has requested a Delivery Intercept for this package. / Return to sender pending." Isn't that something? Sounds to me like Mac doesn't want my coins in the future. This is the final straw. I will be glad to oblige.

Still catching up, but I just had to throw in. It costs a company about $10 to intercept each package through UPS. It's so crazy that the company is going through such great lengths just to prove a point.

Wooooow. I cant with MAC right now. Thats some bull. They really went hard. And its like canadians orders were able to ship if they ordered early (as they should) but US want to be like nope we paying our techs overtime so they can stay and cancel shit?? It would make more sense if they cancelled all or shipped all. Not one country yes and and another no. This is pathetic. And even tho my ass was on there 12 sharp i got back ordered items. I think unless im restocking on my essentials (brush cleaner and prep & prime lip) im done with mac. Oh and i need a rihanna special packaging for fall/holiday of course (if its waiting room again im skipping and just ordering from nordies or something) But other than that its over. Goodbye mac. I'm sorry some of you guys are having a horrible time with mac! Did you all talk to real people? I've had only amazing customer service with them! They even let me return something a year old! Lol I had never used it and granted I shop A lot but I wouldn't take the bad customer service! I'm just wondering if its all automated. What a mess. I had decided to skip though it being in stock still is making me itch lol
