Wooooow. I cant with MAC right now. Thats some bull. They really went hard. And its like canadians orders were able to ship if they ordered early (as they should) but US want to be like nope we paying our techs overtime so they can stay and cancel shit?? It would make more sense if they cancelled all or shipped all. Not one country yes and and another no. This is pathetic. And even tho my ass was on there 12 sharp i got back ordered items. I think unless im restocking on my essentials (brush cleaner and prep & prime lip) im done with mac. Oh and i need a rihanna special packaging for fall/holiday of course (if its waiting room again im skipping and just ordering from nordies or something) But other than that its over. Goodbye mac. U have outdone urselves this time.
Damn you reminded me about Prep+Prime. I might need to bend for that. Otherwise, there will be no more Mac because all of the items I love from them are LE and I can't just go back and buy them. It's not like I'm going to get through any of it anyway with all the makeup I have.

Well the canadian mac site is a lil wonky.. it doesnt update that fast or sometimes at all.. for all i know my order has been cancelled but shows pending or it could arrive tomorrow and still say pending..has happened in the past both ways for me..so tomorrow ill call cs to see of its cancelled or not.

I'm sorry some of you guys are having a horrible time with mac! Did you all talk to real people? I've had only amazing customer service with them! They even let me return something a year old! Lol I had never used it and granted I shop A lot but I wouldn't take the bad customer service! I'm just wondering if its all automated. What a mess. I had decided to skip though it being in stock still is making me itch lol
Ya lol! Real people who apparently didn't know and couldn't do anything. Waste of my breathe. Ill call once more tomorrow to talk to their "order review people" lol and if they do nothing to rectify the situation then consider be done with mac unless its an in store purchase.

Ya try tomorrow! Seems like they have a lotof stock for once they should be able to fix it. I called today pissed I can't upgrade shipping on a non-riri order! Boo mac I was for sure skipping everything but heaux but when swatches were released I decided I didn't need it. It not very different and I'm not crazy over the uber matte finish. If it was rebel I would have got it! I don't like uta and I'll get another ririwoo in fall. Usually I'll buy on impulse of "I have it you don't" haha sorry) bu I'm going to Hawaii Monday so I rather save PLUS I just bought a stila palette instead and I'll be getting the lorac pro palette

I just got caught up on a lot of back pages but if they're pulling the "it's not fair & you have to wait 'til official launch" then what about EVERY SINGLE OTHER COLLECTION that goes up days before "official launch"?

If they would make this policy and not release anything until official launch (and of course not take orders until official launch) I would be all for it. I would love to be able to trust their launch date and not worry about missing stuff because it went up anywhere from 1-14 days early.

It is disgusting that they wont own up to their mistakes. It's disgusting hat they took orders and money and canceled. It's disgusting that you can't trust any of what CS says about launch days/times. I hope they have representatives of the company reading this stuff.

im in Canada and i ordered last night and so did PrettyKitty and both of our items shipped! so i am confident yours will too :)

i ordered at 9pm lastnight, PST! i'm in BC .. i think PrettyKitty is in or near Toronto cause she said her order was due to arrive tomorrow and mine isn't due til Monday :/

It could easily be the blush on her eyes, coral on the lid and bronze in the crease. But you can dupe the look with either paradisco or sushi flower (pics of the blush have ranged between both of those colours) on the lid and saddle in the crease :wink:
Erine has a dentist appointment, I think she said she was going to be in the car at 12 not sure, but you better bet that cell phone is hanging off the UV lamp the dentist is using lol!  Hopefully she got her order in, the long waiting room this time is surely enough for a dentist appointment (or 3)-_-

I sure hope Erin gets her stuff. 6 hours is just insane.
I had to leave at noon for my 1pm appointment. I was on my phone and my ipad. My mom and i had double appointments, so she drove and focused on the important stuff-ordering! At the dentist i told the hygienist what the deal was and she was cool about it. While flossing my teeth she even said "oh, your phone just flashed! Did it work!?" Hilarious!!! Afterwards we had tons of errands to run. So I'm in each store with my phone, in the waiting room, while mom was either in the store with me, in her own waiting room, or in the car doing double duty with her phone and my ipad. Long story short, 7 hours of placing multiple orders on 3 devices for myself and for CPs. And if one newbie pops on here and tries to tell me what they think of that, bring it. I spent 7 hours online ordering, and many hours reading 100 pages. Trust, I can hold my own!
I'm sure TT won't be the madhouse that RiRi was/is.
Of course it won't. It'll be smooth sailing as usual, once they pick a final launch date. :rolleyes:

I think what made it hot in the US was that ppl kept calling costumer service before launch to make sure their orders went through and thats when they were like hold up! Because im sure if no one called no one would have really noticed. And to the person who literally told the lady over at costumer service how she was able to order early (and told her before the launch)... Please... Dont do that again. Thank u.

And i just bought 1 last week so this should last long enough to try and find a replacement lol

Amen!! Bc I have NEVER been through anything like this with MAC..even with Marilyn.

I think she's in montreal if I remember correctly.. I placed my first order around 10pm est for 1 rrw..then second order of 1 rrb at 12:05am est which looks like is about the same time you placed yours.. did you get an email or does it show on your order status online that its been shipped? so odd that I live like 20 mins away from the warehouse or even hq but hasn't been updated or shipped yet the ones going farther have been ..lol..oh well lets see what becomes of this
