Have to agree here---they're people just like us. They don't make the policies and often are as confused as we are when changes are made on the flyI hear you. wasted my whole day.
Hopefully they'll change the way the do things.

Oh Man, please stop doing customer service reps this way.
I feel bad for the reps at MAC, there needs to be a direct line to the directors, marketers and etc... This is not the fault of the CS reps.
and not communicated in a clear and effective manner. Put the guns away, stop shooting the messengers and focus the ire where it belongs.
