Instagram is filled with girls showing their orders and not even paying attention to it saying mid-July. 10 minutes later they comeback ranting about back order. Mac is gonna lose loyal buyers for these riri one timers that will never buy anything else. This is truly sad.............

If I click on the tracking number, it goes to the mac homepage, but I put it into the UPS website and it says it's scheduled for Friday delivery

So I just checked my online status..still says pending, but as mentioned bfor its not surprizing for me since it always says that whether its shipped or cancelled.. but I decided to call cs and well guess what.. my 2 lippies have been shipped and I should be getting them today, the wonderful csr gave me the ups tracking numbers and said its been crazy busy..i thanked her and thanked her twice ..mac Canada had their act together..but its sad whats been happened to u.s customers..

After what happened to Shontay, I'm not betting on anything til the box is in my hands, but my order that was placed after launch, but thru the link, has been shipped. Oh, and it had more than one of each colour in it. :dunno: Some of my other orders have been shipped as well, with tracking numbers. My other orders are still pending, but all of those contain colours that are BO, and were listed as such when i placed the order. I've had no cancellations yet.

This happens often - the links on the MAC site aren't always mapped properly. I just always cut and paste onto UPS and I find out the true status. I am jealous yours has shipped. I keep checking the site as I read more orders have shipped. I want mine (really, I just want to know if I am going to get it or not).

Ordering yesterday was super draining! I hadn't worked that hard since getting Beyonce tix lol But after 2 cancelled orders, and placing another 5, I finally got 4 shipment notifications. One order is till pending. Got through with the last 3 orders in less than 5 mins total on my IPhone. Was so much quicker than the computer. I won't do my happy dance until I receive those black boxes though. Mac is full of surprises these days!

I just received my Heaux(even though my order status still says pending??!!). It is much prettier than I thought. A very rich berry color. I had some nude lippy underneath Heaux so the real color shows better on my arm swatch.

Your making me hve skippers remorse ! My go order it from back order

This system they have going cancelling this or that and then cancelling the regular non Rihanna items is ridic.  I sent them a long ass email earlier since they decided to reply again to my complaint post on FB, we'll see how that works out.  That is the best feeling ever! ZOMG trying to post this took too long. I would post face stuff but I'm not in my best face right now NC 20 if that makes a difference, but my inner arm is prob NC -5..

RRB is less bright than in this photo, much more "everyday" wearable than I thought it would be, however RRW and Heaux are 97% accurate to this photo. RRB went on the lips very smoothly (put on balm 5/10 min before that).

Heaux is hardly berry, especially once on the lips, it is more of a deep red (burgundy?) , but still gorgeous. A very sultry lip look. Did not go on as smooth as RRB but maybe because no lip balm underneath (SO BALM THAT ISH).

RRW is RRW lol, very pretty red, but you all know that!

So I couldn't resist and called CS about my backordered lippies and my pending blush....this is what she told me Your blush is being prepared to be shipped out,and rest assured you are "guaranteed to receive your backordered lipsticks in July" I dunno...so ladies don't go spending money on eBay quite yet.
