hautelook's shipping is so exp! and it takes forever! the only thing i ever bought there was the nudetude palette and i almost forgotten about it when i received it

i ordered a pair of shoes and the suede was damaged, i went through hell to return them! the shoes were $27 and they were only going to return $12...they told me they don't return taxes...ohh you best believe i put my only child syndrom aside and called them why in the world they don't return taxes is beyond me! then FINALLY they agreed to return the full amount since the shoes were damaged but it took a month and a half for me to get my refund...RIDICULOUS if you ask me, i will NEVER shop there again

Also, it should go without saying that the MAC person responsible for deploying the company's resources to retrieve UPS boxes on route for delivery -- reminding me of the Wicked Witch and her flying monkeys --should just resign now. Who the hell do you think you are? Marissa Mayer? Do you really want MAC to win a contest for CRAY? Please do the world a favor and apply your zeal to monitoring Wall Street.

What happened? A MAC corporate employee went after UPS boxes???

ok i was just explained in detail why my orders were cancelled and if it's true, it makes sense. They limited 4 orders per customer for RiRi. Since I placed 3 separate orders pre-launch, and was so scared that they might get cancelled so i placed 3 more after the launch, they counted the first 3 as legit orders and shipped one of the orders placed after the launch and cancelled the rest because i was past my 4 orders limit. They didn't realize that the initial 3 orders are cancelled. She said you can still place the order but I will get it mid-July so i asked her how are you going to fill all these backorders she said we have a limited backorders we are taking in. After that it will be "sold out".

I can't handle the taste of coffee. It's too strong and bitter for me. I like fraps because they're sweeter, even though I'm already sweet enough.

Hi ladies, I just signed up, but have been a creeper for quite some time. I felt the need to finally create an account to commend every single one of you for the grace, maturity, respect (I could go on and on) you have all shown towards each other and the clueless newbies. It is such a breath of fresh air to find a forum that is not full of insults and petty arguments! 

I guess we haven't met yet. I'm the snarky one! :lol: I'm not even gonna attempt to explain why i bought as many as i did, cuz i don't have to justify anything to anyone but myself. But if you change your mind Shontay, and you decide you still want some Annette, and to the others that requested CPs, I've got em for ya. As for the rest, I'll use em for myself, or my kit, or just let em sit there in the sun and melt, because i spent 7 hours online ordering for friends, specktrettes and myself, and if i want to melt them, I CAN!

apparently someones box was shipped and even arrive in their city but MAC intercepted it, so its now returned to sender!

You two are not alone. I'm not a phone person either. I'm not an only child, but I grew up that way until my younger sister was born. We're 14 years apart. I'm very touchy about my stuff. This may be wrong, but I don't even like my daughter handling my stuff. "What do you want to see, dear? I'll get it for you and show you, but you can't touch it. Just look at it with your eyes. Not your hands."

wish I could say the same to my one year old (turns one today sigh...) .. she loves my makeup..its like xmas for her ..she recently learned how to open my paint pot..and I only looked away for a second..i found my poor rubenesque violated beyond repair ..I guess it made for a cute pic and an excuse to buy a new one.

wish I could say the same to my one year old (turns one today sigh...) .. she loves my makeup..its like xmas for her ..she recently learned how to open my paint pot..and I only looked away for a second..i found my poor rubenesque violated beyond repair ..I guess it made for a cute pic and an excuse to buy a new one.

I couldn't handle that. If I ever have kids, my make-up will be under lock and key. Seriously, just... no way. People are allowed to look at my stuff... from a distance, but they can't touch unless I offer it up. Kids or not, lol. Happy Birthday to her though!
