Haven't gotten a shipment email yet but I checked the order status on the site just now to see my rectified order minus the RiRi items have shipped. Now all I need for them to do is to put the money from the cancelled order back into my account.

ETA: So I'm waiting on 2 boxes. One with just (1) RiRi Woo and another box with a few permanent items.

So because they cancelled my order by mistake i requested a refund on the shipping charges for the order that DID ship and they said ok! hey thats $7 in my pocket!

I just got the backorder email. Now I just need them to respond to my email from yesterday.

what's wrong with your order? I just got a backorder email for the one i ordered a couple hours ago which is fine but why not say that on the site?

I've actually been thinking this especially with all the rihanna craze. its not unheard of where i am for delivery guys to take things.

My ups man just leave mines at my side door he once told me he likes delivery my small boxes lol i was cracking up laughing.i hate that happened to u I do know they try 3 times but I know u wanted your stuff today

Did you not get riri boy! I don't know why mac just did not manufacture enough to sale... They knew folks would go cray cray over it!

i keep refreshing the ups page and its still order processed, ready for ups since yesterday. mac better not decide not to send it!

Sometimes they take awhile to update, I've had some not update until the date it's on the truck to be delivered.

Sometimes they take awhile to update, I've had some not update until the date it's on the truck to be delivered.

with all this madness, i ll take any assurance! I have never checked a tracking so frequently in my life lol

Call UPS. You might be able to go pick up your package from the facility that the trucks check in to at the end of the day. I do it all of the time. For here...you can pick up missed items between 7:30-8:30 pm but you have to call first so they know to pull it when the truck gets in. Just don't wait too late to call or you won't be able to pick up on the same day. Call the 800 # on your notice and follow the prompts. It should ask if delivery tomorrow is ok and you should say no.
