Legal pursuit - never ever going to happen. What nincompoop company would legally go after their clients & the people that make them money. They have no grounds to file a case.

And, what are the damages - none. only money & profit from what happened. If there is any loss, it was of there own will when they cancelled orders. Period

Way off topic, I'm watching the miss usa rerun and seriously Texas's makeup artist needs to get gone. Her eye makeup made her eyes look so heavy and droopy.... On side not, utah's answer was hilarious!!!!!

I really hate to see MAC lose its way as a company. What happened to the upstart, diverse brand that was for all races, all sexes, all ages? Iris Apfel is doing a facepalm because MAC is being so uncool.

You might want to reconsider your screen name to CLEVER GIRL-lol! I didn't even think about these forever morphing permutations! But you are so right.

I cant believe yall dealing with CS still. Since this has started ive gotten cancelled mad times and back order emails and not one finger has been raised to place a call to CS. Lol i just let it be

You and me both.  I said if my $$ is not in my account tomorrow there will be hell though.

Thats why i always order with credit card. All the charges are pending right now. As long as they remove those pending charges im straight. If not ill call chase and be like "i aint buy dem shyts. Take dem charges off pronto!" lol

How about a MAC boycott to vent some anger? How about a mass purchase of a particular goody from UD, YSL, Dior, Laura Mercier or something like that, to show unity. Set up a time frame (maybe within a certain week) to purchase the item. Let both companies know what will be heading their way (extra money made vs potential money lost), to drive home the point. That could be fun. What do you think? How many members are their on Specktra?

I am SOOO pissed at mac. All of my orders that timed out actually were submitted so now i have about 100 dollars on hold when i only wanted two lippies. Called CS 3 times and they promised re route but apparently ill still be receiving all of them tomorrow. Im done with their terrible costumer service

What?!?! OmG YSL Cherry Couture. This is a mess. That $ MAC has of mine would definitely come on handy. I tried to be calm but this info def warrants a call in the AM. It won't be nice. I'm a pissed off pregnant person out of $238 on top of spending more money for the AAO, mineralized charged water, damn luster drops and my back ordered lippies. They will hear it tomorrow
