That lipstick looks like it has been all around the world. Blah, they are getting ridic with this we'll call you back crap. Don't they normally just send another lipstick?
Handle it differently? What the heck does that even mean? I hope they do right by you and send you a new lippy, that's just plain dirty of them. They are digging themselves in deeper every single day with this launch.
That's too aggravating. I hope my RiRi Woo survives this heat. And I sure hope MAC does right by you.

They usually allow you to keep the damaged/wrong item & replace it. Normally there is 'extra' stash for replacements. However, with this crazy collection, all bets are off And....90 degree heat coming our way for them to ship all the delayed ls in....well, if they EVER do :eek:hboy:
I called back a second time because the way the CS spoke didn't sit well with me. This time I was told that I could just ship it back, reorder and of the backorder doesn't sell out then I'll get it in a month or so. Mind you, I have to pay to ship it back (they can't issue a refund on my initial shipping unless the manager decides they should. And they won't cover me shipping it back. Then for the first time I asked about my original order being canceled. The CS told me that only 20 people ordered through a leaked link like I did and no one was notified of their canceled order because management decided not to do so. Mind you, people are complaining on twitter and everywhere else about their canceled orders (more than 20 people) and people have received email contact about their orders being canceled. I'm not even upset about that part though. I'm upset about the "You will wait until a manager gets around to contacting you about damaged goods and you'll deal with it because it's RiRi stuff and we know people want it bad enough to take whatever we dish out" attitude. Things happen and I get that but good grief! In the last week alone I've spent...way more than I technically realized with MAC (maybe $400...ugh...actually adding it up makes me realize I really DO need to be done for a bit lol). But seriously, RiRi didn't spin these lippies out of her finger tips and say "Let there be light"....so why treat CS for it like it's some sort of sacred process? One lipstick out of....several hundred dollars in a week....I think it's safe to say I'm not trying to get over on MAC for a $9 lipstick that yes, I wanted but wasn't unique save for the finish. And now...Woo-sah! Lol

Just got my lippies!! They look beautiful, but they appear a bit oily/sweaty. Not that bad though. I just hope the lipsticks are not ruined. Anyone else have this problem?
Yea its just because they were in the heat. If you leave them, they'll dry up and be back to normal
 
so my first order shipped and is out for delivery today but my second order (which is just the lustre drops) still says pending

should i call mac and ask them about it??? i'm scared if i call their gonna be like "oh sorry there was a glitch you placed that order after it was already sold out"

One of my orders is pending and it says the lipsticks are BO, idk why they haven't sent out the blush and lustre drops tho... I thought my pending order was the last man standing lol

Yes they are beautiful! I've been thinking about the order for months until I knew exactly what I wanted. I got the J544, J110, J5523 and J5529. I love the orange handles of yours, but don't feel like spending extra to get pretty handles. I'm going to place a second order on monday

 If you need softer eyebrushes, because your eyes get irritated quick or something then definitely try their eyebrushes!
Yes u picked some great ones.and my eyes are very sensitive I have sensitive skin period I always wanted a eyeshadow brush from them may have to try them out.thanks pinkdollface

FYI, I mistakenly ordered Barbados Girl and Hibscus Kiss and I don't want them. When I receive them on Tuesday, I will be selling them for the price I paid, which is regular price with a couple dollars added for shipping. I will post in the Sale thread.

MAC is just down right deluded at the moment.  So ridiculous.  Take a picture of it broken and send it to them if they want proof it's actually broken and tell them you're not sending it back but they can damn well replace it immediately.  Then try to fix that puppy and put it in the freezer to set.
That's exactly what I'm going to do. And I will get a replacement OR my money back to boot. They can't resell the lippie anyway. All I have to do is contact my bank and they will take care of my refund if MAC tries to play games!

I had never experienced an issue with MAC CS until now...well...the initial debacle of my Nudes & Metallics order but they fixed that ASAP and sent my items overnight for free (Canadian CS rocks!). I've only been a MAC Pro for about a month if that long but I've more than recouped my membership fee with my recent purchases so even if I walked away from online MAC ordering I've done well. Anyway, I'm going to let my other lippies cool off a bit before playing with them
