RiRi Hearts MAC Summer Collection (June 18, 2013)

I am honestly confused. I have been reading the thread and I haven't seen where anyone has been over the top in their disagreement with your opinion.

Meh. Don't take things so seriously. Of course there will be negativity in this thread. This release has been a MESS. Customer service giving people the run around, errors being made. You can't expect sweetness, bubbles, candy and ponies in here after all of that.

Omg I could of not saided it any better.as for bashing mac I have love for mac this riri launch no so much. I can't say for absolutely sure but I'm not ordering in the fall launch its just to much.

I'm around here quite often as are a lot of others here and I don't know if I've ever seen the mess that this collection has been. I don't think I've EVER seen this much negativity or this many complaints surrounding a collection. I mean it's not like we're complaining about every single MAC collection. That is definitely not the case. All the complaints and negativity right now are warranted.

And it didn't even start with us here, it went downhill starting with that damn herpes complaint. LMBO.

I actually like strong woman better. Riri boy is more lavender and I just love the purpleness of strong woman I called them and they said they will call me back tomorrow to check to see if there are any leftover and if not, they'll ship when available

oh okay, they are both pretty and since I have a million purples lol calming down is good for me lol. Butttttttttt if I see it at a halfway decent price I may get weak and get it lol

I'm gonna have my sister call monday and see why some of her orders were cancelled. She placed multiple orders for me to CP for people on here. A couple are on the way, but she didn't violate the "noon launch" or use the "specktra-hacked link" to order, and ordered one of each per order. So it was cancelled because...?

Alot of people probably though the standout was gonna be RiRi Boy but nope I think its Heaux. Notice as soon as everybody started raving about Heaux it SOLD OUT !!!

All u ladies posting swatches of the colors look beautiful. And as for everyone who recieved broken lipsticks thats just awful. My heart would just drop. Now im scared mine will come broken also

You should try them...they are great! I have a few coming in a big package on Monday (if MAC hasn't put me on their persona no grata list lol). You get a healthy amount with MAC (I swear my Push The Edge doesn't look like it's ever been used and I've had it for YEARS!!!) and you can use it so many different ways.

best to transfer to an empty five gram jar and use that so you don't end up spulling a shit load when in a hurry doing application Hth

I have spilled several of those stupid new jars but having a piece of paper underneath them help just in case it does spill over.

I spilled my hot pink pigment all over my cream carpet.... That was fun lol. I love pigments but hate them because I think I spill every time I use one... I love melon tho

I'm going to have to try that. I think the issue is I'm forgetful and forget to put the cap on and I kid you not, every time I knock it over.....lol

Ya waiting on them to tell me why my order is cancelled. Their supervisor didn't know so she had to call me back... I'm wondering if she's waiting to see if she can refill mine or just doesn't care anymore... -_-

I definitely understand that. I'm always trying to be extra careful when I mess with pigments. I also have the fear of wasting them all over the place. I love them though so I just figured I'd be as careful as I can and watch what the heck I'm doing. LOL.

ETA: I do like Richelle said and have a piece of paper underneath.

I love the holiday pigments... I have never gone through a whole bottle and they come with so many... Mmhmm yep I like those!
