I hope my most recent order goes through. I received a lengthy e-mail this afternoon in response to my e-mail I sent them on Weds regarding the silent cancellation of my orders. Similar to what other users received and stating the public link was unfortunate for many and so on.
The e-mail included the offer to allow me to purchase up to 2 lipsticks from the collection as replacement for my cancelled orders. Keep in mind that originally, I placed 5 orders. 1 Heaux ordered prior to launch (Cancelled), 1 order with Lustre drops & Heaux (first post-launch order; cancelled), 1 order with Heaux and Riri Boy (Backordered) and 1 Riri Woo (Shipped). I attempted to purchase a single Heaux last night - cancelled as well. 6 Orders total, 4 on the day of the launch, 1 the night before the launch, 1 last night.
So in the end of the mess of the waiting room and sticking it out for 2 hours with the browser on my iphone, I'm getting RIri Woo on Tuesday and the other two lipsticks backordered. This afternoon I placed an order for 1 Heaux and 1 Riri Woo and received confirmation, as well as backorder notice for Heaux. I e-mailed that order number to "Beth" to ensure processing as per the response e-mails offer. Not sure if I should hold my breath on the situation, but here's a leap of faith that MAC may be trying to rectify the matter, though unfortunately their graciousness is not evenly spread out. I know of many who did not receive the offer to place a subsequent order, and pretty much the e-mail stated best wishes, take care, and please keep buying from us (in so few words).

I ordered RRB......hopefully it doesn't get canceled. I'm sorry I missed Heaux that was the one I really wanted.

It was released at the end of 2012 with the Strength collection. There may be a few floating around the Clearance Bin if you're looking for it! It's a gorgeous color, and my HG purple!

It came out with the Strength collection in December. Does look darker on me than Yum but still a gorgeous color. I *think* I saw it in the clearance bin last night for sale, check there before going to Ebay.
