beside the fact that the lipstick had that goo on it , I'm obsessed with . riri woo tops ruby woo for me . I defff see a difference and I'll deffinitly buy another one when they release again in the fall with special packaging !

Maybe it was the oil that had melted a bit and mixed with condensation. Much like grease from say pork or ground beef after it cools...turns white. Wording may be off but hopefully you get what I meant lol

So I called Mac and they told me to contact Paypal regarding the pending authorization. Called Paypal and she said that Mac did not cancel the order on ther in and that she will contact Mac on my behalf since I had already contected them and they advise me to call them. She then stated that I should receive and email within 24-48hrs or I can check my account! I am so irrated with Mac! I have never had an issue with them. I just need them to make sure the dot all there i's and cross all there t's! I should not have to put in work to make sure a pending authorization falls off my bank account! Not to mention I placed an order this morning for RRB and Hot Tahiti

Mine haven't either but I've heard people mention the same thing...or the white spots that may appear on lippies that were sweating a lot. I've never had that happen either though so I've been lucky...you know...until my RiRi Boy arrived decapitated and all lol

This is how I felt about an hour ago...OMG SHE'S HERE MAH RIRI STUFF IS HURRRRR Opened the box and Heaux wasn't there. 

 Luckily a friend of mine ordered one for me and I didn't know it! WNW Sugar Plum Fairy-Heaux Excuse everything in this pic lol Overall not sure how I feel about Heaux

YAY!!! Got order one of two a couple of hours ago, in PERFECT condition! ompom:  I have to say, the one I was on the fence about turned out to be my MVP. RiRi Boy is beautiful. I'll have to play around with lighting because all my lip swatches photographed warmer than they truly are on the lips, in person they wear slightly deeper than the swatches. Thankfully, my Heaux wears deep berry just like PrettyKitty's, but it just didn't give me that "yeeeeaaaaaaah guuuuuuurrrrrl" feeling I thought it would... it seems kind of average to me, but still pretty though. And RiRi Woo is gorgeous! So glad I threw it in my cart instead of snoozing on it again. I'm loving the retro matte formula, they actually applied very smoothly, but then again I had some of my lip fusion balm on.

My Heaux came today! I love it! It was a little difficult to get a pic that was true to color but this is pretty close.

Two of my lipsticks arrived all nasty, funny thing is I also ordered some from the AAO and the only ones that were effed up were the Riri ones but everything else came is fine.

Mine too definitely a quality control issue. But I thought they usually have back ups for errors, CS said they would get back to Me about how to proceed :S

Ran to pick my kid up from summer day camp and came back to both of my black boxes! Two complete sets of the collection, which was an accident but maybe one I'll be glad about. I put the lippies in the freezer for a little while before opening and gladly everything is intact! I did notice that a couple of the lippies had what looked like a piece of white wax on the side. I think that I saw someone mention that before. But all is well and Barbados girl is gorgeous! I can't wait to play with everything later. I've never felt this stressed about a black box day.

Hi everyone i was wondering how you all are liking hibiscus kiss it seems to me that the brown side has neither a bronzing or highlighting effect on me the pink side is nice tho wish it made up a majority of the blush

MAC e-mailed me today about my refund and all I had to do was give them my bank's fax number to send the documents of my authorization of my cancelled orders to receive my refund. Hopefully the refund kicks in before pay day.

For the ones that got their packages with broken lipsticks, I feel really bad for you girls! I do hope MAC is able to send you replacements.

I meant to tell you too (could find the post at the time) yes yes yes...boys...yep they eat everything in the house. Complete consumption. They also break everything.

Love your swatches. Riri Boy is still what I'm most looking forward to.

. Heux is a mess and riri boy was about to melt away, so its not the heat there is something wrong with the formula. But heux looks very berry on Me so thats a plus
