My packages have been all over the map in how they come. They did always come in those huge over-packed boxes, then I started getting a really small box sometimes with paper in it & sometimes not. Then my last order came in just a small mailing envelope. I thought it was better safe than sorry after the MAC fiasco to just give them another heads up about the mineral products.

That's surprising for Nordstrom---the small envelope. I'm wondering if that particular package came
from a store instead of their warehouse

I roared when I opened a huge box from them and
three little samples tumbled out!

Thank you! I'm not disappointed in my purchases. I hope my blushes are like yours! And Simmer is seriously too beautiful. I will be most excited when UPS gets here today! Lets hope my RiRi products that also arrive today don't put a damper on it. If they do, hopefully these beauties make up for it!

Why look for new employees? It's not their fault. It's our fault. We hacked their employees brains and screwed everything up for this collection, too.

Yayyyyyy I just got an email from CS and since there was an error on the website with the blushes, they will send me Simmer too (I ordered Sweet Samba) because they weren't sure which I wanted (the image for each blush was the wrong one) and they apologized for the confusion. This made my day! Now if my order could ship soon!

That's it! I'm going to Canada! Seriously, they have the best CS. Hellllllooo MAC US, please for the love of makeup, TAKE NOTES!!!
