I'm sorry but MAC has terrible customer service as a whole. No one knows anything, no one can answer questions and when they do they are not sure. Now we can't even get supervisors on the phone to appease customers.
Updates: I called Mac to see what they could do about my messed up orders and I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. They said that the supervisors will not be available to talk for days, because they are in a 'special meeting' to help remedy the launch day catastrophe. The guy was helpful and he too did not understand why my order was cancelled and agreed that the whole launch was a mess. He said he can have one of them call me back once they come back from their meetings which will be a couple of days from now. I hope some good comes out of those meetings.
