RiRi Hearts MAC Summer Collection (June 18, 2013)

I'm sorry but MAC has terrible customer service as a whole. No one knows anything, no one can answer questions and when they do they are not sure. Now we can't even get supervisors on the phone to appease customers.
Updates: I called Mac to see what they could do about my messed up orders and I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. They said that the supervisors will not be available to talk for days, because they are in a 'special meeting' to help remedy the launch day catastrophe. The guy was helpful and he too did not understand why my order was cancelled and agreed that the whole launch was a mess. He said he can have one of them call me back once they come back from their meetings which will be a couple of days from now. I hope some good comes out of those meetings.

I am so glad all of me lipsticks arrived in tact. However my riri boy did have greasy stuff on top. I immediately put them in the fridge when they arrived. I don't think I will be ordering anymore lipsticks online while it is hot.

Me too! But with my ri ri boy I was afraid the lipstick was broken but when I finally had the guts to twist it all way up it was fine whew lol
Yeah same here my box was pretty beat up on the one side and I was scared to take them outta there boxes put them straight to the fridge before I even looked when I did they were all good ;-)

Got my lippies today, RRW and heaux. Both lippies were in good condition with just a few spots of that greasy film, but i can deal with that. I'll post swatches tmrw, here and on the swatch thread ;)

I had to call customer service today as well because they still have my money on hold in my Paypal account from my cancelled order.

I asked to speak to a supervisor & I was told it's gonna take about 2-3 days for someone to get back to me. A mess indeed.....

That's good everything was intact! I've never been so worried opening a Mac box until this collection lol

same here the ups man was impatient as hell today was walking to the door when i hear a THUD! from him just dropping my box by the door i was all

then i brought it in expecting the worst just glad to have them and not have to worry anymore! hah :)

this supervisor didnt make it seem like she would be gone for days. She said she would call me back today LOL. but maybe she wont. Who knows.

I hate when they do that !! lol. The ups guy didn't come till 7 that evening it was so hot out and he never comes that late but of course that day he decides too And left it right under the sun.but yea I'm happy also its finally over lol ...till the fall collection

Happy to say that I got my refund of my cancelled orders! I am so happy and I have thought about ordering another RiRi Woo lipstick but I'm scared to order it now and will wait to get it in special packaging instead.

My black box finally came, and everything was ok! The lipsticks were sweating up a storm, so I checked them quickly and put them immediately in the fridge.

I also got the blush and luster drops, which I plan to try tomorrow. I originally wasn't planning on getting the whole collection. I couldn't get to the waiting room, however, without "buying the whole collection." Then the repeated errors/crashing of the site made me hesitant to change anything in my cart and prolong the idiotic process even more.

I cannot believe that U.S. MAC CS keeps jerking customers around and not giving straight answers to questions. They are not refunding $$ in a timely manner, they are dodging questions about cancelled "legitimate" orders, and they are not taking care of customers who received damaged lipsticks. This release has been one epic fail on MAC's part.

haha. My boyfriend sometimes enables me to buy it because when I'm on the fence about something he would be like "It's limited edition, if you end up not wanting it, you can sell it, or return it. If you miss out, you know you're going to feel bad and look everywhere for it later, so just buy it now to save us the hassle later." lol!
