Just got my Ririboy & he's perfect except for one teeny bump at the tip

When my ups guy came yesterday, I asked if he could delivery my package for today in the morning because it was a meltable. He gave me a weird look (new guy) but he did deliver it first this morning. woot!

Have any of you ladies had luck with getting a new lipstick shipped out to you if it was damaged? My friend got hers (I placed the order on her behalf) and it was fine when she got it. A couple days later it broke in half. Shes asking me to contact mac and try to get a replacement. I know last week I was seeing you ladies say they weren't doing anything about it since Heaux is back ordered.

You can call but a replacement will NOT be sent quickly. They are saying that they are having to wait for the July shipment to come and then figure out how to address the damaged/broken issue. Not sure if they will replace one that arrived fine and broke days later...that issue is a bit different than those whose lipsticks were damaged upon arrival. Won't hurt to call but don't expect a replacement quickly (and it may not qualify if it was fine when she received it)

After unboxing my lippies verrrrry slowly I was happy to find that they were all in perfect condition! So thankful. Only problem is MAC forgot my HK blush - I called and was told that since this isn't the first time an item has been missing from one of my orders, a manager has to review my case and call me to let me know what will be done. Anyone had this happen to them? I feel like they think I'm lying and just want a free blush/my money back or something. Tbh I'm a bit offended.

I haven't had this issue but I do know that many companies will investigate if a customer has multiple repeat record of saying that items were missing from their order. It's unfortunate because there are some bad seeds out there that do have a history of lying...and it affects those that have a legitimate issue with items missing more than once. Hope they do you right!

Maybe I'm lost in translation again and don't know the correct word for it, lol. On the paper it said something like ''not deliver-able anymore'' if that makes sense in english.

I don't think this constitutes receiving a replacement. It arrived in tact. Sounds more like a user error, and shouldn't be replaced with a new one. It's the same as buying an eyeshadow that arrives perfectly fine, and after using it for a few days the shadow breaks, and someone wants a new one for free.

Thanks! I figured they may not do anything about it. I got the package on Friday... she got her lipstick the same night. Come Monday night it broke. I emailed mac to see what they would say. We'll see when I hear back from them.

My hubs says given all the drama I was pretty lucky to have made out so well. He found it hard to believe that I would just refrigerate my lippies before even opening
them, but was even more astounded by how awful this thing has been for some people and MAC's lack-luster response.

Thank you, yes I used Beet Liner (MAC) which is a good match for the lipstick but Imma try it with nightmoth and see how it comes out.. I bet that will be pretty

I really havent had a chance to play with them but they look nice. I have the Sun Rush drops as well (thought they would be similar in color) but they are different colors . I plan to play around with them this weekend, I'll mix them with my foundation and see how that goes. Overall Im glad I purchased them and I hope your order goes through so you can have them as well.th

I've met some AMAZING people here, some of which I have established great personal friendships with behind the scenes. They were such an amazing support when I lost my dad not all that long ago. We laugh a lot & support each other A LOT through everything.

yes that was very nice of her to do!!! it was completely unexpected and i have never had a convo with her until then. Thats touches me the most

True. Mine wasn't even warm when it came (surprised) but I checked it & it went right into the fridge for awhile.

Yep, sometimes the wrong response makes it even worse. I was supposed to get a call this morning - nothing.

I'm sure this has been said already, but it seems that with so many mistakes on Macs part with damaged products and cancelling orders, they should re-release RRB and Heaux in the fall collection. This is probably just wishful thinking, though.
