Pardon my ignorance here, but is that "fat blob/grease or whatever " normal to appear on lipsticks that were recently made? It looks mutated.

Just got my Ririboy & he's perfect except for one teeny bump at the tip
When my ups guy came yesterday, I asked if he could delivery my package for today in the morning because it was a meltable. He gave me a weird look (new guy) but he did deliver it first this morning. woot!

I had a a little strip of it on mines.
Maybe I'm lost in translation again and don't know the correct word for it, lol. On the paper it said something like ''not deliver-able anymore'' if that makes sense in english.
