After unboxing my lippies verrrrry slowly I was happy to find that they were all in perfect condition! So thankful. Only problem is MAC forgot my HK blush - I called and was told that since this isn't the first time an item has been missing from one of my orders, a manager has to review my case and call me to let me know what will be done. Anyone had this happen to them? I feel like they think I'm lying and just want a free blush/my money back or something. Tbh I'm a bit offended.
That's so unfair---what do we have to do, film ourselves opening boxes to verify the contents, should that become necessary? The implication, in and of itself is obnoxious.

aww thanks. Nope, no liner no gloss. I was surprised that my pigmented lips didn't change the color of it at all. Its super pretty

Well, I'm sure everything looks amazing on you! You are so beautiful!!! I wore RRW over the weekend. So pretty & my lips were stained red for awhile.

I'm curious as to what you will think of the blush duo.

That would be great, but I'm pretty sure they won't do that. I think they're sending out stuff that's left over from older collections or discontinued shades. That's what they used to do years ago (I got an e/s refill once and a nail polish another time), but I thought they stopped the whole gift thing. Looks like they brought it back with the mess being this collection. I bet they have to send out a lot of them this time, lol.
When I had a CS issue last year for the MM collection, I wrote a complaint e-mail that was about 12 paragraphs long or so, I still have a copy of it. My "complaint" was that I'd ordered from the collection and I hadn't received it by day 4. Usually, for me, with MAC I get it within 2 days -- no matter what the collection, so I was a bit worried. Anyway, I'd been calling since day 2 just to check on it to make sure it was all going to go through smoothly as girls on the forum who had ordered after me had already received theirs. I was told A) to wait until 5 days is up and then call. Then I was told that it's because my order was "large" so it took longer to fill, etc etc. Different excuse every time. It was the attitude of the people that pissed me off and the fact that collection had sold out, I was worried it wasn't going to arrive even though I ordered within mins of it being online. I received a reply and a phone call profusely apologising and said they'd send me out a gift.

My gift? Large soft sac and several eye brushes. I think the total amount came to about £80+ worth of stuff they sent me as an apology. I've had other items sent out as an apology, some wipes & one of the mineralized balms. When they over charged me for a lipstick from Apres Chic they sent me out a complimentary lipstick rather than refund me the £2.50 over charge.

Maybe it's wrong of me, but I don't put up with shitty CS and I'll complain every time. If I pay for a product/service, I expect to get it and I expect it to be done politely, not rudely. I'm not rude to CS people so there's no need to be rude to me.

With all the horror stories of these lipsticks, I'm a tad worried about my CP's coming from the US. Not only did they have to get to the CP's first, but now they'll have to go back in the heat and travel across the world to get to me.

Fingers crossed they're not ruined. I want my Mom to love her lipsticks, not be freaked out, lol.

Wow!! You lucked out there, I'm sure they are not that generous here in Germany. I'd say maybe it was because your order was large. But I remember someone who didn't receive one item here was sent two face products, like a blush and bronzer for it, while i just got an e/s refill for two missing Lightscapades when it was first repromoted. So it's probably very random. Not to be greedy or nitpicky, but I think those ''gifts'' should be around the same worth for everyone, or depending on the size of the order or worth of the missing item. That would be fair.

I just had to try one more before taking everything off my face, so I chose RiRi Boy! It does kind of remind me of OCC's Hoochie. After wearing Heaux, this felt like vaseline on my lips! It's so much smoother than Heaux, and not as drying.

I did indeed. The thing is though, my order wasn't large in my opinion. Originally I only ordered 2 lipsticks, 1 blush and the BP. 4 items isn't a large order, and I know people in the UK placed way bigger orders than mine and got them before me, which was why I was so annoyed that they tried to tell me it was that reason it was taking so long. I do agree with you though, I think the gifts should be around the same worth for everyone. I don't see it as fair that I got around £80+ worth of stuff and someone else may get something like an eyeshadow for the same problem. I think it also depends on the CS person you get. The lady I originally got was very nice and clearly generous with the apology, as she even went to the length to call me and apologise personally rather than just through e-mail. Since then though, I've mainly just had an e-mail half-assed apology and them throwing a free gift my way as a way to shut me up I think. I don't complain for the free gift, I complain because they need to learn it's not right to treat their customers like crap.

this is me from IG sry. heaux is berry but def looks either crimson red or magenty on me. I have pretty purple lips. I can't decide if I like ririwoo better than russian red. it's a little orange compared to RR tbh on me but the finishhhhh. rrb was the suprise for me so wearable! drier than the rest though so I think I'd do better with UTA. heaux was the creamiest. I can't decide if I need a backup of rrw
