In my opinion T was right about exotic ember. It's gorgeous but I had a really hard time blending it out. It looked patchy on me. What do you all think? It's so pretty I want to make it work!

Making me wonder if I should order an Adored bu...you know...because it's less product and all lol
I do believe that's smart. There's so little product it's almost non-existent! :haha:
I just dont know what. i cant swatch in person. what r must haves for nc45 in your opinion?
Lust Simmer (if you like MBs) Ablaze and heroine liners (if you don't already have them) Narcissus CSG

I got my Rio MSF today and I was surprised at how pink it was. But I like it!

On another note, today the UPS man totally just dropped my box on the doorstep and left it there. It's a good thing I was watching for it. This has never happened before. I always sign for it normally. I was a bit peeved though because anyone could have just stolen it.

Team all 3 MSF. The 159 brush is amazing. That and adored are my favorite. I'm tempted to go back for midnight mambo. After seeing it one one of my you tube girls I need it.

My order just shipped too! Got an email from UPS that it will be delivered between 10:30 am - 12:30....my UPS guy is good at coming closer to 10:30 so yay! I generally don't pay for overnight but didn't want to risk the holiday madness next week
Wouldn't we be in so much more trouble if they did that free overnight shipping more often

Yep, that's what I thought too. I already have Hot Nights, so that's close enough for me.

Ladies, please help me decide between two products. For the life of me, I can't make up my mind. I have already ordered Lust, Adored,159 brush and Midnight Mambo. If it were you and you had to decide between getting either Rio MSF or Simmer MB, which would win? I'm an NW37. Thanks so much! My tired brain appreciates it!

Just got back from checking out the collection.

I bought another Adored. The peachy color is so pretty on the lid as an es! Time to Tango - GORGEOUS! such a pretty little color on. I picked out one that had A LOT of deep Periwinkle to it. I used it on the lid & cork in the crease

and..

My favorite - Rio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its so darn pretty on & didn't come out metallic. Love it!!! I got one with a lot of pink.

I liked Bossa Blue in person...some may feel its a bit too muddy, but I liked the color a lot & may get it later.

I passed on MM ls. All the MUA were wearing it & it looked fine, but I dunno it just didn't appeal to me for some reason in person. It is pretty though.
Glad you liked Adored and Rio; I really don't find these MSF that metallic but it's probably because I'm applying them lightly.

Hahaha! That's awesome.
OMG - ME TOO! Not only did I have to tell them what perm products were missing (lippies too), but I had to tell them it launched today. When they brought out the display cases and I decided to try out Fever Isle and Narcissus (so I didn't have to open my own prematurely), I pointed out that they might want to remove the wands. I tested them out (first person to touch the displays) with the disposable ones, but then I handed them over and suggested they get the wands out before the testers were contaminated. SMH.

Not really. Overall, this collection is not too well suited for pale NW complexion. I usually splurge on the mineralize collections, but this time it's a complete pass for me as the products are either uber-metallic or orangey-warm. If in doubt, try it in store. You might be able to layer products with other stuff to get a good result on NW skin.
Mac-Guy, I just had to go back and find this post of yours to say you are/were so right. I swatched the MSFs today in store, and I really don't think they are geared at the pale and the cool toned among us. They all read as warm on me, some worse than others.

And Rio was REALLY not geared for the super pale and super cool toned among us, namely me. That looked absolutely hideous on my hand. Like a burnt, slightly pink tinged, brown-orange. I automatically avoid a lot of the darker and warmer face products because I know better, but based on swatches and descriptions, I thought it would work. Sadly, I have never seen a MSF look that awful on me.

Lust was far less questionable swatched on me, but the sparkle... yikes. Ditto for Adored. I am going to have to use a very, very light hand when I wear these. Color-wise, I can get away with Light Year, so I figured Adored was worth a try.

I ended up with basically what I thought I would, save for Rio: Lust MSF, Adored MSF, Tropica MES, Heroine ll, and Fever Isle CSG.

I was less than enthused to see just how sparkly Tropica was too, and that was by far the best of the shadows in that regard. I wouldn't have gotten it at all if I weren't such a MES fan.

Ok, Erine gets a pass since she's a pro. But I honestly can't imagine EVER finishing a MSF. I use so little of each. Smaller - even if it was, would it then last 10 years instead of 12?
