I actually don't even ask anymore... I just slide open the drawer & start looking. I'm not disrespectful about it or make a mess. But I don't always have time to explain why it's necessary to take a look at a variety of the same product. It's my money and I want to be satisfied with my purchase. I think it's good that we all are so knowledgeable. It helps make their job a little easier & possibly helps them learn a little more as well when we stop in.

Welp came home to disappointment. Lol paid for overnight shipping order placed on the 27th. No goodies check the tracking it said Tuesday.as in 7/2. Umm excuse me? Called customer service. Ima need that shipping refunded please and thank you. Was so ready to play. :-( lol

Did you place your order late in the evening? Not sure if they deliver on Saturdays here in the US (maybe they do) but if you placed your order late yesterday that would explain why it won't ship until Monday I guess. Did they refund your shipping?

No it wasn't placed late, they do deliver and yes they did refund it. Lol she was like yeah it should have been there. Yeah,you're telling me. Lol

Well at least they refunded you! I've never been lucky enough to receive a Saturday delivery. Even when my package arrived to my city on a Friday evening it sat until Monday morning (with UPS). Sucks that you won't get it until Tuesday though!

I bought sweet samba and simmer also heroine lipliner (they only got 3 in, smh) at the counter. Was trying to hold off on the blushes and order online to use my pro discount but they were taking to long.Online i ordered the brush, tropica, and back up riri woo. Lol

I was trying to hold out for the discount too on the blushes. I caved and bought Simmer at Dillard's...and Heroine because silly me but it in my cart but waited too long to buy it (STILL kicking myself over that one and now on a mission to find a bu). I want to get Sweet Samba and pick up another 159 but MAC online won't cooperate with the blushes!

I have only used "overnight shipping" once or twice with MAC. Honestly, they seem to be the slowest company I have dealt with regarding their "overnight shipping". The order has to be completed on their end and then there is the issue of the shipping label. I really don't think what they charge for "overnight" shipping is really worth it. It really doesn't seem that much faster at all. For what they charge for that service, you could buy yourself an extra lipstick.

I get my overnight shipping packages from MAC the next day. I don't pay for it often but every time I have it comes the next day unless I place the order on a Friday. My standard shipping usually comes within 3-4 days (if I order on a Thursday release I usually get it on the following Tuesday and sometimes on Monday). Guess it just depends on where you live.
