BEST feeling in the world My little soldier bullets arrived this morning all perfectly (mind you two days late - damn express international!) - only Heaux appeared to have ever had a waxy substance on it, but it's been freezing here so all traces are gone - giving it a wipe over just in case... but so excited!

My story for the day... Three backorders of RiRi Boy and Heaux shipped on the 29th, and were scheduled for early delivery on today. I received a UPS notification saying all three packages were delivered at 4:30pm and left at my front door. I get home from work at 6:00pm... NO PACKAGES. I call UPS CS and cuss them out, then called MAC CS and cussed them out! Since my packages were delivered early and MAC has to give UPS 7 full business days before they will file a claim, I can't call MAC CS back until NEXT THURSDAY for any kind of resolution. And even then I'm sure I have to wait ANOTHER 7 business days before a refund can be issued. Via PayPal no less, which will probably take even longer!! Fck RiRi and fck MAC. I'm not ordering shit else from MAC online ever again. I already have a box that is on the way back to them, full of MELTED LIPSTICKS!!! *takes sip of crown royal*

Oh hell no! Sorry to hear that sweetie . Maybe one of your neighbors are holding it for you? If so thank them, empty one if the boxes and beat them with it lol

Happy to say that I also received my both my orders in perfect condition! I was so nervous thinking that the lipsticks would be damaged its been crazy hot here and for some reason my lipsticks got in my city yesterday morning but they wouldn't deliver them until today. On a side note sorry to all you ladies who had no luck, I know it sucks and mac has really messed up with this collection. I think I'm taking a bit of a break from MAC I just wish I could find a brand with matte lipsticks similar to mac

So how about this for a problem.
My package was shipped on the 30th of June.
July 1st package arrives at the facility in KY.
Has not moved since then, the delivery is set for Monday.
I at first didn't think anything of it, but forgot about the four day weekend.
I contacted UPS because sometimes they don't update the page I can view and in their system is has moved and such. (Happened to My sister with a package from Lancome)
She informs me that the package has infact not moved from its origin scan.
Also furthermore will more than likely change the delivery date to a later time because there is nothing they can do to help.
This order contains my Heaux. I only ordered one very very worried!

Thats weird. Hopefully you will get it SOON. Don't worry.

Got too excited when my lippies came today but it was short lived. Both Heaux and ririboy has that white cast on it. My bf said it's from the mold they use to sculpt the lipstick. But I called MAC and let them know. Was told they will ship out two more since they don't know what's causing it. :shock: I figured by now more ppl would have complained for them to look into it. I just want to be safe and use my lippies. Really wanted them for the holiday weekend

I doubt they were taken by a neighbor. I think they just weren't delivered. I ALWAYS get that little sticky notice on my door from UPS even when something is left at the door. I hard nothing this time. Either there was no delivery or someone flat out stole everything.

A qtip dipped in alcohol, or if you have a spray bottle of alcohol, hold the lipstick upside down, spray, wipe carefully with a tissue, and use!

I will definitely be getting the Dior blush on Friday hopefully I can still order the pigments as well! Kinda on a budget since I am shopping for school clothes for tr kiddies!

Yes....those are all sooooooooo beautiful

It reminds me of old skool mac, with blu noir shadow. Why can't they bring back the old colours like blue noir, femme noir, velvet moss, mink pink, dove feather, tempt me & tease me quads... Old skool mac was sooo much better!
