I might stop buying MAC completely pretty soon if they keep this crap up...their products are getting lower in quality, higher in price, while so many brands are making better quality makeup for so much cheaper. Not to mention how they have been ripping people off lately and just horrible customer service in general. Like for instance them cancelling my RiRi order and they still haven't refunded me. Everytime I call, they say that they can't refund it because of me getting refunds before for damaged products...well dumbasses, this product wasn't damaged, you straight out cancelled my order! You can't cancel something and still keep the money for it...WTF?

OMG are you serious!? Are they thinking that instead of it being cancelled that you received it damaged and were refunded already for it?

I'm not sure what they are thinking, I explained clearly to a few different people, over the phone and all of them said the same thing. So either the people were quite stupid or they are trying desperately to keep money that doesn't belong to them. God knows I spend way too much money on their products for them to act like I'm trying to rip them off or something, lol.

Just tell them they clearly don't understand the fact that you have received damaged product, have not received a refund, and would like their name and information, as well as the contact information for John Demsey, and will be glad to pass on to him the type of customer service his company dishes out.

How long have we been complaining about the quality of the quads?! And yet some brands(like our favorite polish brand) is making amazingly cheap products with absolutely no problem.

I have similar issues. Udpp worked but dried out my lids. TFSI same. The NARS primer is perfection though. Worth the price. And if you hate it I think you can return it.
Thanks ladies, but I don't think it works like that here... Sephora has left the Netherlands too, so I could only order online, where I doubt they'd have that kind of service. :(
